Hotel need to upgrade the elevator and room. From room glass panel view out is very nice.

That was the good location and it’s really easy to shopping and nice view. It is the comfortable zone to stay.

Spacious room with halal breakfast corner provided. Near to shopping plaza ie December and Platinum mall n 10min walking to BigC mall and Centara. Also got money changer on the ground floor. Convenient location albeit heavy traffic due to road closure near the hotel area. Walking is the best way around the area.

It is considered a old hotel but everything is within reach. For the price, it’s consider a good deal. The concierge and bell boys are so helpful in assisting to explain to our bolt driver where we are at located. As many drivers always miss coming into turn. The housekeeper is also helpful and overall the staffs there are all friendly and helpful. There is also a massage parlor that open till late 2am after a late night of shopping and night market. Really like the distance to many shops although not new but the things are still well maintained. I love there is bath tub and shower.. it’s been a while since seeing both in a hotel. Our room even has sofa..

Smelly room, dirty carpet and very uncomfortable bed even the buffet chairs are so dirty. Definitely we will not going back.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful The location was good enough since it was connected to the malls so there is no hastle everything you need is nearby the hotel

The hotel offers excellent value for money and boasts an ideal location. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere—though the reception area seems uncomfortable for the team. This might explain the receptionist's less cheerful demeanor. Enhancing the reception space to support staff well-being could further elevate the guest experience.

Upon entering Room musky smell. Hotel is at a strategic location but hotel need to upgrade. Poor dim lighting in room and worn out carpentry. Value for money for it’s room size if not for the location, this hotel is 3/10

Love the breakfast! Good variety of choices.  Working staff are very polite and responsive.  Love the family suite room, big and spacious and has 2 toilets in the room.  Will book again. 

My second time here...Great location..Just beside platinum mall.. opposite 100bath shop...pratunam market...Easy to get tuk² ,bolt,grab..Train station around 1km away...Near 7/11..Food is everywhere .. Basically u can just get anything around here.

Worse experience this time. Checked into room 1004, water heater cannot provide hot water. Nothing done for two days. I request for change of room on the second day

Location very convenient, we are not afraid of traffic jam to airport, easily took a MRT, cheap and with in 30mins can reach the airport, shopping,and alot of food courts around this areas. Important thing we need to know is your TV channel,CNA to know news from our country.
