A Disappointing Experience at Hansar Hotel Bangkok
My recent short business trip to Hansar Hotel Bangkok was marred by a disappointing experience that overshadowed the positives of my stay. Unfortunately, the broken lift and the lack of communication regarding the situation left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was not informed that the lift was out of order and that guests were required to use the stairs from the 16th floor to the ground floor. This lack of communication was a significant letdown, as it forced me to navigate the hotel without any prior warning or assistance.
To make matters worse, the staff at the hotel seemed ill-prepared to handle the situation. They appeared confused and unsure of how to accommodate guests with the broken lift. Their lack of knowledge and inability to provide clear instructions or alternatives only added to the frustration.
Aside from this issue, the hotel's facilities and services were average. The room itself was comfortable and adequately furnished, providing a decent space for relaxation and work. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. However, these positives were unfortunately overshadowed by the lift incident.
The hotel's location in Bangkok's bustling city center was convenient, offering easy access to business establishments and tourist attractions. The surrounding area boasted a variety of dining options and shopping opportunities, providing some respite from the disappointing experience at the hotel.
Overall, my short business trip to Hansar Hotel Bangkok was marred by the broken lift and the staff's inadequate response to the situation. While the room and location were satisfactory, the lack of communication and unhelpful staff left me with a sour impression. I hope that the hotel takes steps to improve their communication and guest services to prevent such disappointments in the future.
