Maple Hotel

Very good. This trip to Bangkok, I requested a smoking room and they arranged it for me. Most of the staff can speak Chinese, which greatly reduced communication barriers.

Excellent! I always choose to stay here for business trips or vacations. It's very close to the airport, which is super convenient. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again next time! 🍐🎼🍐🎼🍐🎼

Overall, it's an average experience. Although it's a five-star hotel, there's no free bottled water. It's decent, and for Bangkok, it offers good value for money, but the service needs improvement.

Upon check-in, the front desk told us breakfast was on the first floor. After eating there for two or three days, when we went for breakfast again, a server at the entrance stopped us and directed us to the second floor. The food options on the second floor were significantly fewer. They mentioned that our situation was different from others and we could only eat there. I guess it was related to different hotel packages or rates. Due to the language barrier, I didn't press the issue. Then, during breakfast on the second floor, I saw a cockroach crawling on a plate, which immediately put me off my food. I informed a staff member, and they simply took that stack of plates back to the kitchen, without me knowing if they were properly washed. The hygiene conditions are definitely not good.

The hotel is well-located. The staff are very knowledgeable and open to questions, always trying to fulfill guests' wishes. The hotel is well-equipped and has everything a four-star hotel should offer. As other travelers have mentioned, it can sometimes be a bit noisy when there are many Chinese tourists or an event is being held, but the hotel still tries its best to separate guests to avoid noise complaints from others. It's also worth noting that the hotel has three separate towers. For those arriving by car, it's excellent. There's a huge multi-story parking garage, complete with cameras and security. Of course, the hotel isn't brand new, and you can see some wear and tear on the furniture here and there, but for those who aren't overly picky, it's still very comfortable. The beds are sufficiently large, and the mattresses are more on the soft side than too firm. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is good, but the service attitude was quite poor. I checked in at 10:30 PM, and the room had practically no coffee or tea—I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. It felt a bit like a motel rather than a proper hotel. Also, the duvet made me itch all night, and I couldn't sleep.

Found a cockroach on the cutlery during breakfast.
