Metz Pratunam

Convenient place in pratunam, 7-Eleven and various massage centres are just few steps away. Staffs are friendly and helpful, they do help to send our luggage to the room and also to keep our luggage before the check in time.

We booked here because there were only a couple of negative reviews (8 mths ago) for this hotel. Turns out we were not wrong choosing this hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds are very comfortable. Location is great. Walking distance to Platinum Shopping Mall, Pratunam markets, 7-11, lovely pastry cafes, couple of great massage centers just literally next door so that I can get my massage and not have to walk more than 100 back. This is a family run business so the owner is very hands on and attentive to our needs:- from supplying extra tissue, hanger and replacing remote control batteries; the service is literally instant. They are great help to book grab, tuk tuk and airport taxi. Noise is quite minimal. My only complain is there are no hangers in the bathroom... Have feedback to the hotel & hopefully they will do something about it as it's annoying to not know where to hang clothes, towels inside the bathroom!. Their extra touch to provide welcome drink and farewell refreshments is much appreciated. Will not hesitate to stay here again in future. Great value for money.

The hotel is in centre, very near for shopping centre, 7/11 & metro station. Very good Service from staff. We got welcome drink & checkout drink with dessert, which is very cool. The only issue was wifi signal in our room. We took room at the corner, may be thats why.

Super strategic location to walk and shop. The cleanliness was superb and the staff there has been nothing but AMAZING!

The location is very strategic, walking distance from all of the shopping malls. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Definitely will come again when travelling to Bangkok
