Food was great and halal Staffs were very helpful and smiling

Definitely not comeback. First day check in we get very hot welcome . The A/C only in the lobby and your room not other are in the hotel..We got the room with the wet floor maybe it’s just done clean up.. going down and ask for change but the front dest look like unhappy to talk and she even say sorry or just told me she check with the house keeping the room okay. Uhzzz.. the second day we want move mor night and front dest she talk not clearly even we find something good feel on the online and ask for matching price but look like big no.. and she give me anew price by typing on calculator.. I left front desk and told her give me a sec to ask my friend come back front desk to agree to stay one more night and during making a new purchase with a new front desk staff but all my question were answer by previous staff ( she join our conversation during making new purchase)..and not smile anyway And before check out we went down the lobby at 9:30am and staff they keep coming and ask me to check out or not I said not yet because we planing to go but need time to searching or booking taxi. Why? Why they are pushing up to check out and temper like that. During sating at the couch they come again and ask for the previous key but we were return last night already.. I mean they keep coming ask many question and keep bothering us..OMG😩😩😩😩 The breakfast was okie but not able to compare with the other hotel during stay around Thai.. the first day is okay but the second day food very fishy and cold and I told the restaurant staff you guys need to heat up the food before serving pax( the picture below)

At first glance it seemed like a decent hotel, but we were met with unfriendly racist staff who immediately cut their friendliness after seeing what country we were from. They gave us the wrong room too! It was a single bed (we booked 2 beds) and smelled like mold and mildew. Immediately we went down and got another room with 2 beds, might I mention our rooms were the worst in the house as they were in the back with absolutely no windows or view of the outside. A funny thing is after we were treated like garbage, a water pipe above the front desk bursted leading to water pouring and flooding the downstairs! Karma is funny hahaha. Breakfast was decent. Another note is that the wifi didn’t work at all! Zero wifi for our night. Check out was extremely slow and they didnt even notify us.

We have enjoyed our vacation in this hotel. It’s Muslim hotel, we loved it! It’s very central located. Good breakfast and the room is always clean!

Good hotel in terms of location, the room was big and clean. Service nothing special, come in Thailand you expect some kindness while service was a bit rude. Overall good hotel to spend 1 or 2 days.

Good Price for a very good location for exploring Bangkok. Only the breakfast could have a better quality. The staff is professionel and helpful.

Good location to visit the many sides of Bangkok. Metropolitan, Spiritual and of course the party block of Ko San Road. Tasty breakfast available and food options around. Also the pool areas are great for a chill day.

Amazing location but this is a dry hotel with no alcohol (I didn’t read this anywhere). The facilities are evening you need for a city break with nice rooms and pool areas. The 8th floor pool is tiny and hardly any beds. The 3rd floor pool is a bit bigger and spacious but the pool staff were not friendly and quite rude. One day it was lovely to sit here. The other day it was hell as it was so crowded with kids running riot. The reception staff were also not the most friendliest on the occasions we interacted. There is the 7/11 underneath and amazing food/drinks just across the road. I would probably stay in another hotel in this

Superb hotel, budget prices but still offering a fantastic location, free car parking, two lovely swimming pools, a good gym and most importantly very, very nice rooms. This was our second visit in a year and we will definitely return.

Nice location. Halal restaurant. 3-4 Massage house along the road. 7-eleven convenient store just beside. Laundry shops a lot; nearby. Tuk tuk just outside the main road for tour.
