With the price of hotel, its not complete for amenities, no slippers, no laundry bag, no tisu on the table, no toothbrush, and coffee tea for my kids room and no cleaning

My experience at was far from ideal due to a number of issues. Firstly, the deposit requirement of 2000 Thai Baht per room was excessively high and completely unexpected. This was particularly inconvenient as I did not have enough cash on hand for the trip. It would have been much more helpful if this had been communicated clearly during the booking process so I could have planned accordingly. Secondly, upon check-out, we were informed that a stain had been found on one of the pillowcases, and we were charged 200 Thai Baht for cleaning. This charge felt unfair, as we didn’t cause any damage. What was even more surprising was that the housekeeping staff performed an immediate room check right after we checked out, which felt intrusive and was not standard practice compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Additionally, housekeeping did not replace or clean the used cups in our room, which is typically expected during a hotel stay. The table was also dirty and had not been wiped down, further contributing to the lack of attention to detail.

Good location to shopping

Vwry friendly staff. Spacious room and clean. Water pressure is big and very good. Breakfast selection was good too.

Very old hotel, with prayer incense in the bedroom. No toothbrush, no shaving razor, no amenities included in this bedroom except for shampoo and body wash. Bedroom very old decoration and very standard. Not as beautiful as the pictures shown on trip.com. Breakfast also very standard. Already paid with Trip.com for around Usd 140 for 2 nights, but the reception asked me to pay again with cash for Baht 4580 and deposit Baht 2000.

Room is big, hotel near Pratunam market and a lot of massages places and 7 eleven in the surrounding. Overall the the hotel is good

its a good place to stay, however, feels a little disappointed that we had been charged 300baht to let our kid to stay with us.

The hotel is in nice location but in a crowded area which is a bit hard to call on taxi.

Hotel is located some stones away from Pratunam market. Room is big and spacious, but amenities is really lousy and outdated. The air con has a whirring sound that made us feel like we’re in a factory and the air isn’t cooling. For a hotel with this quality, paying 2000 THB cash deposit per room isn’t justified.

The hotel was a little run down. Didn’t realise there’s no toothbrush given and the body soap was finished. Didn’t even refill. The breakfast spread was okay, not so bad even though not much choice. But location wise is really good, 10minutes walk to platinum mall and a night market just minutes away from the hotel. Many food choices too!

Overall experience to this hotel is good and the location is near the Pratunam market and there’s various food stall and cafe nearby the hotel.

Location is good but better to improve a lot of things to compare with other hotels (same price ) 1.To improve breakfast  2 Better to provide tooth brush and toothpaste ,hand soap, tissue paper
