They tried to keep the 500 from the deposited money saying my husband smoked in the room, where the cigarette smoke was coming from lobby. When I proved them wrong, they showed me a pillow with some strain in its cover. They discarded the previous penalty and charged me 200 saying damage of property(pillow). then told that if you are charging for this then it should be pillow cover, not the pillow. then they argued and literally said “I have to charge you for something”. then he charged 100. despite of having evidence that the pillow cover was having that strain when we checked in. we had a flight to catch so had to give him the 100.
the hotel room was not at all good. bathroom exhaust was not working. many lights were not working even the safe was unscrewed from the cupboard even after complaining, they did not do anything. stayed there for 2 nights and had worst experience.
