The Aim Sathorn Hotel Reviews

We booked two rooms. Room, bathroom, and bed sizes are fine. There are also bottles of mineral water in the fridge and coffee station. There's a walk-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror on the door. TV and a hairdryer, which we didn't try. Cleanliness, though, is of below standard of a Thai accommodation. The bathroom has mould on tiles and one of the towels had some dried brown spots which are not stubborn stains, and there's a stench of something (urine?) on the curtains. The AC was working, so it helped. The hot.shower was.ok in the morning, but it's gone at night, so make sure you shower before it gets too late unless you do enjoy cold showers. We paid similar price in the past at Centre Point Chidlom for much better facilities, service and including breakfast, also shuttle to the nearest MRT station. There's an outside space, I guess you could hang your wet clothes there. The daytime staff were nice but the evening staff looked like she really didn't want to be there. But to be fair, the reception area is not big, and guests do leave suitcases there either waiting to be checked in or waiting to leave after check out, including ours. So I thank them for that allowance. Location is ok if you like walking but the nearest MRT station is at least 20 minutes' walk with no well-defined pavement. 7/11 is just around the corner and there are plenty of eating venues. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again but wouldn't write it off completely if I'm squuzed with my budget.

Check in was easy and quick. Hotel was really clean and nice. Friendly staff. Room was clean, pillows and mattress is comfortable. Good aircon. Hot water can be improved. There was no shower gel, no toiletries. Overall the stay is good

I love everything . The room so clean. Easy to go around love it. 

Cleanliness could have been a lot better. The hotel is unfortunately showing its age now. Air conditioning works well and service is good . The location is also good, I've stayed here before but I am not sure if I will stay again soon .

Bad housekeeping . Never clean the room properly, towel provide 1 exchange . No shampoo in bathroom .

The hotel is located just 15 minutes from the nearest metro station, making it somewhat accessible. There’s a **** dispensary right beneath the hotel, which might appeal to some. The area is quiet and more residential than a typical hotel zone, away from busy streets. The room was clean and offered a nice view of the Bangkok skyline, which was a pleasant surprise. However, a downside is the lack of street food and night markets in the vicinity. Additionally, there are no attractions nearby, so you’ll need to travel to reach most points of interest. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a peaceful stay but not ideal if you want to explore local activities on foot

The bathroom is full of mold, the lights in the room keep flickering, the TV has no signal, and the door cannot be locked.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely, kind reception lady. Loved the neighborhood of the hotel, almost everything was eccessible. On the unfortunate side the shower water was not too hot hopefully that will be looked into.

Been there twice! The room is good. The staff sometimes look confused and misunderstood things but overall is okay

Booked for 3 nights, stayed only 1. Hair on the floor, very dirty table. shower door missing. No hot water.

Room is in pretty bad shape, and run down. Checked out early immediately, even though it was already paid in full and no refund is available.

I paid a lot to Trip.com more than the hotel’s actual rate by claiming that I have saved more than US$300! This is misleading and such a large disappointment. I have complained but was given such a vague reason. The hotel is not worth paying for!
