Reviews of Brb Hostel Bangkok Silom

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the BTS station, and it's a very lively area. There was a slight smell from the shoe cabinet on the ground floor, but honestly, it wasn't unbearable and not as bad as some reviews made it out to be.

Location is great as walking distance to Trinity market just opposite hotel and also silom market.. very affordable food but hotel is quite basic

The beds are really comfortable and there's a large locker, which is great for backpackers like me. I met people from all over the world here! However, the bathroom setup is a bit strange. The first and third floors have women's restrooms, while the second and fourth floors have men's restrooms. Each floor only has one gender's restroom, so you have to go up and down stairs just to use the toilet, which is quite inconvenient.

I loved my stay! Its literally the heart of Silom. Bed is comfortable and there are restaurants nearby.

I am glad that I stayed in hostel nearby BTS Chongnonsi and BTS Sala Deang, which near the station. The hostel environment is good and clean. The bed is comfortable.

It's as good as a hostel can get. I like the location a lot. One suggestion is that there should be more places to keep shoes.

Service ok

The hostel is in the heart of Silom. There are also many solo travelers staying here. They’re easy to talk to, and you can eventually become friends with them too. I would definitely come back here again.

The shoe cabinet on the first floor absolutely reeked; I almost choked the moment I walked in. No elevator made climbing stairs a real hassle, and the trash cans smelled terrible too. The paint was peeling off the walls by the beds. But the most unacceptable thing was someone having sex on the bunk opposite me between 2-4 AM! I was woken up and absolutely stunned. The management here is clearly not strict enough! Some people have no shame; this is a public space! I would never stay here again and checked out immediately.

Stayed 1 yr ago, decent and very okay hostel. All is the the same except the crowd is more **** freindly from mainlanders? No offence at all but thats what i seen.
