The front desk staff provided excellent service; they were polite and always smiling, which was great. There was also a bellhop. The location is pretty good, making it convenient to find food, and it's close to 7-Eleven.

Good place, the accommodation is okay. They have a shuttle bus service, and there are lots of food options right in front of the hotel.

This was my second visit, and the facilities and environment are truly excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are all super clean! It's fantastic, and it's also very close to the airport. I'll definitely keep coming back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was very thoughtful; the staff even came to the entrance to help with luggage. The lobby is also large with plenty of chairs to sit and rest. 😴 The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it came with a fridge and two bottles of mineral water. The bathroom had disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as a hairdryer. There's a 7-Eleven just a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. They offer a free shuttle bus to the opposite side of Don Mueang Airport. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk into the airport terminal. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers with late-night or early-morning flights to DMK. (A timetable for the free airport shuttle bus is included in the pictures.)

It's a hub of various restaurants. Everything was okay. The service was good and attentive. The bed was soft and the room was clean. All the amenities were complete, including towels, a hairdryer, a toothbrush, and a razor. Breakfast was good and worth it. It might not have been extravagant, but it wasn't bad.

There's a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer downstairs. A 7-Eleven is nearby. Overall, the room is okay.

Everything else was fine, but I'd like to share a bit about the service at the front desk. We arrived at noon, and the staff informed us that check-in was at 3:00 PM. We waited, but at 2:00 PM, a staff member started distributing queue numbers to check people in early because there were so many waiting. Others who received queue numbers had their numbers called out and were able to check in an hour before us. My number never got called, even though I waited until 3:00 PM. When I went to ask, the staff said they had called my number, but it didn't ring, and they thought the battery was dead (even though the queue number light was blinking the whole time). I had to waste an hour waiting there, watching people who arrived later and didn't even have a queue number check in before me. If they hadn't given out queue numbers, I would have gone to ask earlier, but since they did, I felt compelled to wait for my number to be called. It just felt unfair.

This is my second stay here, and I'm still very impressed with the room. It's conveniently located, and they even offer a shuttle service to the airport. I highly recommend it!
