Reviews of Elegant Airport Hotel

Average hotel. No vegetarian options. Bigger room but less amenities. Staff do not understand English well and phone lines are broke so you have walk down to reception for every time you need something.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, coming from the airport. It was okay for a nights sleep and shower before heading to our destination. Breakfast wasn’t good, and I recommend you take your own slippers as they don’t provide it.

I can’t complain for the location but it’s a little expensive consider the hotel is out of no where.

The hotel has a rich breakfast, is clean and sanitary, and is close to the airport. It is worth recommending!

The Chinese staff make a mess of their meals and the staff don't even come to clean up the tables, so the service is very poor. There's nothing particularly wrong with the rooms, but there could be a few more amenities, and the shampoo and body soap are almost empty.

The room was not very clean, there was a lot of dust, there were no shoes in the room, no toothbrush.

The room is large, the facilities are new, and the location is near the airport, in the suburbs.

There are many groups. The rooms are very clean. It's about 100 baht from ARL station. The nearest station to ARL is different on the way there and back, so please check it on google map. In Thailand, it's not easy to turn right or left. If you don't go early for breakfast and secure what you want to eat first, some fruits and other things will not be replenished after the group. If you are more than two people, I recommend taking a Grab taxi directly from the airport. Seven-Eleven is about a 3-minute walk away. There is also a shop on the hotel grounds where you can buy beer. The chicken at the stall in front of the Seven-Eleven was delicious. There are no stalls at night. There is a small town with a market and many stalls 15 minutes walk away. If you leave the hotel and go left, go straight for 10 minutes on the unpaved road heading east, you will find a market, a convenience store with an ATM, and a supermarket.
