Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is not so clean, at night the noise from bathroom keep on. I cannot have a good sleep in this hotel.

The hotel is good and clean. It's 450m from the Airport Raillink that connect to Suvarnabhumi Airport. We only have to transfer one stop to get MRT line. Have a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly. The price is good. We will definitely consider this hotel for our next trip.

Actually, I thought 1 room for 3 adults is the room that has 3 bed : 1 king bed and double twin beds. However, the room was the double twin with an additional poor condition bed. If there was an option or clear instruction in advance, I could choose to get 2 rooms instead.

Room so different from advertised. Room very old and dusty and one side of the window can't lock I feel unsafe if single lady stay alone.

very old hotel with old facilities. i think the staff didn’t even change the bed sheets because there were multiple spots on it. toilet has no floor drain so the water was no where to go. not to be racist or anything but it’s more like an ****** hotel since most of the guests are ******. and there are many ****** restaurants in the street if u know what i mean. if you have hygiene issues PLEASE don’t come here. we regretted booking it immediately after checking in and stepping in to the room

We enjoyed the spacious room for 3 of us our kid is 8 years old and big so this room gave us enough space to relax after all the days itenaries.

We had great experience at Seasons Siam hotel. Perfect location, local shops and restaurants nearby. We had a tiny problem with the bathroom at the beginning. When we called reception about it, the staffs came immediately to check the issue. They offered us the new room right away, so we didnt have to wait while they were fixing it. Thanx for solving the problem so quick. The new room was nice. We will definately come back, if we are back in Bangkok.
