Reviews of Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit

Location is fantastic to access Bangkok with an array of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely rooftop pool with adjacent bar and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean with helpful staff.

I have to find the place to stay because of the earthquake in BKK yesterday. 1st) I booked the wrong Radisson but i couldn’t be able to contact trip.com to cancel but unable to contact anybody 2nd) Once i arrived at this hotel , turned out that the hotel hasn’t received my booking yet but i already got the confirmation almost 2 hrs so Front desk contacted the agent , i had to wait and got the room by 8pm 3) the water in the bathtub was dirty but I thought the water from the shower and basin was cleaner and i found out the next morning after I finished showering 😑 4) breakfast ; main dishes were Indian food and Vegetarian while i saw many guests are western, not all guests can eat Indian food so mostly I had only bread and toast 5) The room and bathroom is big, the room was quiet only there’re some noises from other guests out of the door **Front Desk tried thier best to facilitate me during check-in but what made me not happy was the person who answered my phone call refused to help me cancel the wrong booking even I wanna to change my booking to another “Radisson” and told me to contact trip directly so I had to walked from Radisson Blu Plaza to this branch and found out that Front desk has the direct contact to the agent** Room service was nice and available 24 hrs with costly prices The significant reason why i want to stay at another branch because the location of those hotel is not suitable for a woman 🙁

Dreamt location and rooftop area. Would recommend to others wanting to be central Thailand.

We stayed in room 515 the room lock was broken had to push hard for the lock to close. after several requests they send someone to fix the door but it broke again room change request was not entertained by the staff after many requests. so had to stay in a room with no lock and no security ufcource while we were out .

Nice and quiet place to stay although Hotel little old but still in good shape Staffs are very kind and helpful

Overall, it was a good stay. Very convenient location. Room big and spacious and fully furnished. Breakfast selection was ok (perhaps too focused on the indian cuisine. Some more thai items or asian in general would have been better)

Hotel wad really good its my second time staying here but just the location is bit off but if you’re looking something quite its a right choice

Hotel lobby area was very clean and kind service. However as soon as I reached room floor the old smoke smell bothered us. And entering the room was about same. Smelly. Bathroom was overlooked dusting so amenities were dusted and mirror area also hair found on the floor and on amenities tray. Also amenities looked like it was from previously placed as it had water damage. They didn’t put new one despite it had water damage on the box so didn’t use them. Air conditioning vent was full of dust yikes. Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Distance to BTS was bit far but they had shuttle so it worked out. Mini mart right in front of hotel and 3-5min walking distance another convenient store. Breakfast was ok. 1/3 of them were Indian good chance to try them out. Next time will try to book something closer to main street as even with shuttle still bit far in from the main street.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. It's about a 10-minute walk to the BTS Station.

Plenty of space in the suite with balcony but it is a little dated. Can get better for less but it’s decent enough.

Great hotel staff. Great managers. Breakfast buffet is excellent and fresh. Staff is very good. They have Tuk tuk to take you to local popular areas as well as pick you up. Great rooms. Nuce comfortable large beds. Pool and jacuzzi are very relaxing and have nice atmosphere. There’s a food bar at the pool as well.

A bit outdated, the rooms could benefit from some renovation but overall still a great place minutes away from public transport and buzzing Sukhumvit. Two "major" probkem: aircon in bedroom didn't work properly, the air was on the warm side with temperature set at 17 degrees. The walls are thin so you hear literally everything is happening outside and inside the other rooms. And the cracking and snapping of the wooden floor. If you get scared easily at night, maybe better off somewhere else. It does feel like someone is in the room or about to get in room. Not a nice feeling at 3am.

Superb location and very good pool and facilities. Perfect for a short stay in the city!
