Extremely satisfied and friendly. The room was very spacious with hardwood floors, which was great, and having a kitchen where you can cook would be good for people staying for a long time. I had a very comfortable stay, thank you!

The room matched the description. The swimming pool was good, but the gym was a bit small. It would be nice to have more common facilities like a sauna or a garden. Overall, the room was good.

It offers excellent value for money. The location is fantastic with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the BTS. Free shuttle is a great perk. Excellent choice for families, complete with a kitchen and a separate living area that feels like home.

Everything was great! The room looked just like the picture! Very friendly service! Free tuk-tuk service to Sukhumvit Road. I'd happily come back! 👌 One small downside: Unfortunately, I only had cold or slightly lukewarm water in the shower for my entire stay (1 week)!

Love the room. The hotel location is good. With 24/7 shuttle to and fro from bts. The room is very spacious, its as what shown on the photo.

Decent stay. It’s our second time staying at this serviced apartment. It’s under the brand Ascott. There’s a tuktuk that can send you to the nearest BTS , which is 10 min walk. Rooms are clean. But the water temperature seems to be either too hot or too cold. Other than this, all is good with the stay. Will come back again!

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a reliable international brand apartment hotel with reasonable prices and a decent location. The two-bedroom suite felt a bit fragmented due to the many functional divisions, but overall, the space was quite spacious and sufficient. The room facilities seemed a bit outdated, but they were well-maintained and still practical. The front desk staff all had excellent English. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, seemingly an issue with information transfer from the agent, but contacting Trip.com resolved it relatively quickly.

Location is great and they also provide a complementary 24/7 Tuk Tuk service to/from hotel to the main road. Rooms and amenities were basic but adequate for short stays. We booked 3 rooms and tried requesting rooms on the same floor. They could only allocate 2 on the same floor, which were on the ground floor. One room was dark due to smaller windows and little daylight smelled damp and had other unpleasant odours. Once the aircon was on full blast, it wasn’t as bad.

This was my first time staying at the Citadines Hotel on Soi 8. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. I really like Citadines hotels, and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

A very cozy hotel. My family absolutely loved it. It was clean, and housekeeping came every day. The street is quiet with a great selection of cafes and restaurants. The location is convenient, and there's a shuttle service to the end of the street. Breakfasts are delicious, and you can even order room service. The staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed everything, only positives to report.

The accommodation wasn't very clean, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom. Amenities are not provided as standard and you have to ask at the counter if you need them. The swimming pool and gym are pretty basic. However, they clean the room daily and provide two bottles of water every day. You can also get unlimited Thai milk tea, coffee, etc. from the Nescafe machine at the vending machine on the first floor. They offer a 24-hour tuk-tuk service to Nana Station. My request for a late check-out was granted, and they even brought my luggage to the room when I checked in. The staff are friendly, and the pillows and bed are quite comfortable. There are many bars in the area where smoking is allowed, so it attracts a lot of Westerners looking for nightlife. I don't think it's very suitable for families. Also, it's located in an alley, so it gets a bit dark at night.

Clean and stylish design. And a quiet location. What's unique is having a microwave and a sink to heat food, which was great. The 24h tuk-tuk service is also a charming feature. The air conditioning was quite quiet, and there were about 5 Korean channels available, including KBS and tvN. The water pressure was a bit low.
