Very nice standard , very clean , all staff friendly , all requested services done fast . People are smiling always and there is shuttle to mall every 30 minute .

Came back for a second time after having a great experience here last year; it wasn't as good as I'd remembered it. I was checked in to a room that stank of cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room. It gave my friend a headache, and I asked to change immediately. The staff could have been warmer and more welcoming. The location itself is not so walkable to public transport. The shuttle to/from the BTS station meant to solve this could have been more punctual and regular. Our waiting time wasn't worth it, so we ended up just booking Grab.

Super great experienced of staying in valia hotel.
Great service!
Great free buffet in the morning with lots of food to choose from.
Plus free chocolate sweets everyday for 1hr started at 3pm.
Swimming pool is awesome.
The room is 5star
The only thing we wish the hotel to have is a sauna! 😊 but over all its a great stay!
Look for mr.koko in the Lobby area, he will serve u with great excellence, and wil make ur stay more convenient. U can ask him anything u want around.
Hes a big help to us and offered some free transport service for guest who really needs help like where to exchange money. We save money for transpo and we get back safe. He didnt ask for payment but he deserves a tip for great service. Any tip can do good guys. Lets appreciate them.

Overall experience is good, booked separately with friends but the staff was happy to put us in opposite rooms on the same level. Only issue is that is not along the BTS or any public transport and the main road is very congested, was very difficult to travel out.

Lovely hotel in one of the more high end areas of Bangkok. Good spread for buffet breakfast and there are occasional tea time treats. Very very nice spacious hotel rooms too! Makes me feel at home. Only downside is that this is slightly further from all the main shopping areas.
