Bangkok Chatuchak Hotels

Hotel is convenient, short walking distance to MRT and Chatuchak market which is good. The only downside is they do not have any connecting rooms which is very inconvenient for my family as we didn't prepare 2 sets of washing items. Buffet is acceptable but got tired of the same food after the 3rd day.

Newly open hotel. Out of expectation. There are few items seem to be incomplete. No smoke detector and sprinkler to be installed, bringing a safety concerns. Not sure the occupation regulations in Thailand. TV is still yet be able to be on. Not sure why it was not be able to get the Grab from the nearest Big C to the hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean with small pool, gym and tennis court. If you are looking for halal food, this is not a good choice as you won’t find any halal restaurants nearby. They offer shuttle buses to and from around the city every morning, they promise to have shuttle buses to the nearby weekend market on Saturday and Sunday. But there is no such service today

The hotel is not too big but very convenient for transportation. It was very close to Ladphao MRT about 3mns walking and very comfortable to travel which can change from the station to go to other places. The staff was very friendly and was kind. They let us late check out. The room was small but was clean. However, my little point was the noisy from the next door room or outside conversation. If you did not think to much with the noise outside of that was excellent. 8/10

We chose Cinnamon Residence as our ASQ quarantine hotel for the mandatory fifteen night quarantine isolation upon entering Thailand from outside the country.  Cinnamon is a  basic, no-frills hotel.  Three meals a day, in plastic take-out containers were provided and dropped off on a chair outside our doors at 8:00, 12:00 and 17:00.   We chose all Thai food, as opposed to western food and found the meals to be pretty good.  The food, predictively, was delivered at or near room temperature, though there was a microwave in the room.  Any items breaded and deep fried came soggy, horribly greasy and beyond redemption by microwave.  I requested a china plate, a glass and a knife, but was told those items are forbidden.  Only the hotel issued Melamine plate, drinking cup, soup spoon or plasticware and plastic forks and spoons are allowed. The sliding window to the balcony was screwed almost closed and could not be opened beyond eight inches.  With that tiny opening, I did not have adequate reach for access to a towel drying rack under the air conditioner.  Residents are allowed to venture outside of the room only by special permission and have no access to the hotel gym or outdoors, whatsoever during their two week quarantines. In the best of circumstances, solitary confinement for over two weeks is difficult.  A couple of things made a nice difference for me.  When I had adequate internet access, I was able to pass the time much more pleasantly.  I needed to make several calls to the management during my first few days in quarantine, asking for attention to my WiFi to achieve that.  The information technology person in the hotel made several changes to my internet connection and finally achieved adequate connectivity for my needs most of the time.  I found that I was able to order grocery items online from Tops Market.  I could get fresh fruit that I craved, as well as other comfort food, I really liked having around.  I wonder how this hotel would have been for a non-public health related stay.  I don’t believe I’d return though, because coming back would likely bring back unpleasant memories of the experience of having been restrained here, inside of four walls for over two weeks.

Good place ,near MRT ,I think in the future If I comeback Bangkok I booking here , In my Room is clean and clean up everyday that there are breakfast is so good .

Our favourite hotel in Bangkok. The hotel has excellent facilities, restaurants, spa, bars, shopping areas, etc It has direct access to Central Ladprao shopping mall, and it's near Chatuchak market, JODD FAIRS DanNeramit market and Union Mall. The service is absolutely perfect. We loved ”The Club” located on the last floor. Totally recommend for any type of traveller! 💖

The location if you would like to go chaktucak weekend market is great ! Just 1 min walk to MRT exist and 2 stops away to the weekend market , opp union mall and the hotel has its own 711 . Specially mention , please go and checkout the massage shop just located beneath the hotel , less than 30sec walk from the hotel entrance !!! I have tried 4 different massage places and this shop is the best !!! and the price the most reasonable too !!! Experienced masseur !! However the hotel room is small and no bathtub , bed is abit too hard .

This is the fourth time I have visited this hotel. It is definitely the first choice hotel every time I come to Chatuchak for shopping. It only takes less than five minutes to walk to Chatuchak Market. The housekeeping staff are very kind and friendly. It is only a 1-minute walk away. There is a supermarket.

Lovely staff, polite, good advice, not crowded. The room is very clean. New room, spacious room, no musty smell, old air conditioner, quite loud wind sound. People who are difficult to sleep may not sleep well, but the air conditioner is cold, no breakfast. Complete bathroom equipment, hair dryer, but the TV has no signal, no Wi-Fi, a little difficult to travel.
