My stay was great. The facilities were clean and the amenities were wonderful, especially the spa. All the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming as well. The breakfast was delicious, but options for vegetarians/vegans are few. Overall it was a great experience, but the real gem is definitely the charming concierge Coco. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and our time in Bangkok unforgettable. He gave us great recommendations, went above and beyond to help us navigate the city, and also helped us arrange spa activities and laundry towards the end of our trip. My friend and I could truly relax and have a proper vacation thanks to Coco ＜3 Will be back!

Best hotel in Bangkok and great location for shopping near by the ICONSIAM mall. The room is clean and decent and also has a nice view of the river as you can see! The nice infinity pool is a plus, you can actually take a nap on the couch there with a warm breeze :) Oh the last one but not the least, breakfast was nice as well! Overall, this hotel gave me a good impression! The hotel has a nice presentation, is very clean and ordened as well as furnished with love for the detail. The Skytrain is within a few minutes walk to reach also supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. We had booked incl. breakfast. For Thai conditions it seems to be a good breakfast, which we had on Phuket, but in no way comparable. There is a cup of tea or coffee. A sweet drink, which is declared as juice and a water. To eat 2 dishes toast, marmelade, 2 lawrence eggs and a dishes sauce as well as 2 sauces. For 2 consecutive days well, a third or fourth I wouldn't have wanted to eat exactly the same always. I wanted to drop my eggs and the sauce on day 2... but English is not well spoken or understood by everyone at the reception. Only Toast and Jam provided me e.g. breakfast only without eggs. However, the biggest criticism is the wet cell. We (my spouse and I) had a double room!!! In this is a cubic-shaped room separated by two half-high walls as a bathroom. A good idea when you insist that all the smells and smells of the toilet spread throughout the room. I find such a feeling in a double room. Also the water pipes of the neighbouring rooms passed through our “bathroom”, so you have heard from the bed the spots all the time when the neighbor has shown or washed. Sometimes it went half night. Once it was also smelled out of the shower, it was also smelling throughout the room. However, three stars for cleanliness and ambience.

I stayed at this hotel twice in September 2011. The hotel is new, very clean, nice and modern. I have stayed in two suites - modern and corner suites. Both rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished, and both are highly recommended. All suites have separate bedroom, living room with kitchen (microwave oven, fridge, kettle and all utensils), bathroom with shower, and a small balcony. The only difference is that the corner suite has two large windows in the living room and two TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom (thus, it's more comfortable). The staff are very warm and friendly and always take the time to ask how the customers are doing. Breakfast is simple but tasty and served with a smile. The hotel's Premier Lounge also offers home baked goods and beverages from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. The pool is not too big but looks nice, especially at night (until 9pm). You can enjoy it there by yourself almost all the time. The hotel also has a small well-equipped fitness center. The location of the hotel is good for sightseeing and business trips - it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the station (Krung Thonburi station), the Chao Phraya River and the pier. Easy access to town and to all the famous sights. I would like to thank all the staff for making our (honeymoon) stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Hotel locates in great location. Have everything around, like supermarket, massages, street markets, restaurants, cafe and money exchange or banks. Because of the good rate and rate included breakfast, we do not complain much as price just fair and good already. Bed mattress is for 3-4 stars hotels quality, I always feel the metal spring underneath when lying on. Bedding are clean, towels are clean. Just the water pressure is not good enough at all times. It is a Chinese capital run business, breakfast buffets offer Chinese dishes. Instant coffee and standard ice tea, milk tea for guests some breakfast choice. Better than nothing! Good for budget travelers.

This was my second stay in this hotel and we will go back everything we need to stop over in Bangkok through our backpacking holidays. It is convenient located, not far from the BTS station and the boat pier. Also, the best street food is down the road, as some local restaurants that also provide basic western food. The hotel has a small swimming pool where I love to see the sunset and self laundry facilities. Reception staff and housekeeping are very efficient. The only thing I did not approve was the breakfast selection. Last time we had a decent buffet with many options to choose from. This time the buffet was only extended to bread slices, fruit and beverages, we had to order the hot dishes (like omelette, etc). This leaves no space for quantity selection nor to try smaller portions of local cuisine, for example.

First of all, thank you for the complimentary airport pick up at BKK, good coordination and English communication from your staff, Wimonrat sukrasebya further helped me in getting a comfortable and speedy ride to the hotel. 👍👍👍 Being a solo and leisure traveler, I was not able to take a swim and sunbath after breakfast as the swimming pool is located on the west side of the hotel. This means the sun won't hit the swimming pool until 2pm. This has really ruined my trip and I was very disappointed but I know there is nothing the management can do about it.😅😅😅 Then the next issue is the bathroom. First, the water faucet is located too close to the edge of the sink, so water splashes around the entire sink top and everything is wet. Please see the attached photos. Secondly, the shower cubicle does not have a door and result in water splash again. But luckily this can solved by putting a floor towel outside the area to avoid slipping. 😩😩😩 Moreover, it is the English level of the staff. It is not up to par in such an international renounced hotel management property. I got my toe hurt in the swimming pool and then asked for an adhesive bandage, but noone understood what I said on the phone until they saw the attached photo. Later on, the staff told me that they run out of bandages. Eventually, they managed to get me a couple of them to stop the bleeding. 😅😅😅 Finally, I would say the service and friendliness of the staff was good and responsive. It would be much better if they can get more training in the language skill especially in English. In conclusion, I have to say that I won't be staying with that hotel again in my future visits to BKK, simply because the swimming pool is really bothering me as I won't be able to get sunbath and a swim in the morning after breakfast.

We come together 4 adults and 2 other children. I can only book one room. There is a large room divided into 2 bedrooms, very spacious. Glad to find this place before booking another place. Because our family wants to stay in the same room There are both children and the elderly who need to take care of. Friendly service staff very alone,greeting and also playing with our children.check-in is very easy,not as cumbersome as other hotels. Who have stayed all the time The room is clean and convenient. Separate bedroom and living room There is a dining table, kitchen, balcony and complete items in the room without asking for anything. And see the view of the river as well Enjoy the view at night We have to go to the boat at ICONSIAM. The staff called a taxi for me. There is a lot of food to eat. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but it is very convenient because there are many restaurants. Impressed and will definitely come back to stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!
