On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

I am really impressed with the hotel. The room is very clean. Staff are super helpful, especially the male staff helped me get the taxi. Thank you so much. The hotel location is very close to the BTS Chong Nongsi so it's a great location hotel. There is 7elevent close to the hotel. I didn't realize there is a good hotel in that soi. Value for the money when staying at this hotel.

This is a pretty lovely place to come stay as tourist for a couple of days. Its many attractive features include: (1) location. Less than two minutes’ walk from national stadium BTS. Note that if you come with older folks, there is a lift - look carefully. (2). Room. We stayed in the residence which is around the corner (note - you still have to check in at the hotel, not at the actual residence cos there’s no one manning the station there). They will send you with your luggage there on a buggy. All rooms are suites with balconies (good for drying clothes!) and come with a washing machine/dryer (with powder provided), kitchenette (with a new wash cloth and detergent provided), electric stove, microwave. Four bottles of water are provided daily! Aircon is strong. Wi-Fi is strong. (3). Breakfast (at the hotel). It’s an ala carte buffet in addition to a decent spread of items. Service is fast! (4). Massage. I’m not referring to the hotel spa, but the little shop across the hotel. Reasonable prices, so if you don’t want to venture far, just come here. Above all, your stay likely won’t burn a big hole in your pocket!! This is not the kind of place that will blow you away from awe or spectacle. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time outside your room, plus you want to save some extra money for expenditures, yet you want to enjoy a medium level of luxury and comfort, then this is one of my top recommendations in BKK (I visit BKK yearly, sometimes twice).

We checked in to the hotel and were moved to the resident portion of the property. The pool was closed, however it did not say that when we booked the room. We would have been able to use the hotel pool however we would have had to walk around the parking lot to the other building. The first room we were assigned was facing the pool under construction and it was very noisy. We requested to be moved and the next room was much nicer. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The hotel is very close to the mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. However we booked a driver to the Floating Market through the hotel and were dropped off at a boat rental place, had to pay B2000.00 for 1 hour boat ride. (no negotiations) When we requested to be dropped off at the market itself our driver told us he is not able to do that because he is not a guide. We would have been better off booking a tour.

I arrived really early around 6:30 but i informed the hotel 1 day before for my request of early check in but they never replied.. My check was not pleasant at all, I actually don't mind them charging another one night charge for my early check in but the amount of time checking in was long and the receptionist wasn't very understanding of my predicaments. Anyway, apart from that, I liked my room and the location is fantastic with a connected to the BTS skytrain.

I stayed here for 3 days with my friends. Great service, affordable price. Located near (Ratchateewi BTS Station) Nandi Station in Yucha (about 250 meters). There are many food stalls and restaurants on the street in front of the hotel. A lot of halal restaurants were found near the hotel, and there were 7/11 and Thai massage shops across the street (the Thai massage shops outside the hotel are cheaper, but the Thai massage center inside the hotel is still recommended). Wifi is stable, but the pool is small, the spa and Japanese cuisine are not big (may be run separately but located in the same building). If there are 4,5 people in the same group, it is best to choose a suite, very spacious, with kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Hotel staff are very polite and welcoming except for the front desk. But there is no view outside the window and other views to enjoy.

Disappointed! It was my 2nd time staying in this hotel for 7 nights , but was so disappointed. The 1st night was being itching in the bed & couldn’t slept well. I requested the house keeper to change the bed sheet, then ok for few days. On the 6th day, I went back to my room after breakfast. I discovered that my room was being opened and nobody inside or around. The room was cleaned and tidied. Definitely, the house keeper didn’t closed the door then ran out. It’s a shock to me! Again I was itching on that night. It seems that they did cleaning but didn’t change the bed sheet. I had taken photos of my neck with bed bugs wound and given to the check in counter.

Clean : I appreciate the cleaners clean the rubbish bins in the toilets few times per day. 3. Very friendly Staff: due to my medical situation, I keep on modifying my booking, but the staff tried their best to help me and arrange my bookings to my conveniences. 4. Conmon area: Nice and spacious. 5. Every bed gets their own light, power point and curtain. 6. The bed is comfortable Cons: 1. The room is quite crowded, not much space to move around 2. The water supply of the shower is weak. 3. More hooks should be done inside the toilets and shower rooms. Not much spaces for you to put things in the shower room. 4. No rubbish bin in the dorm room. 5. Breakfast is very basic,no bread is provided.

About 10 min walk fr BTS Ratchathewi. Many food options along the way, rests and traditional food stores. 7-11 on d corner. Super clean, kind hosts and staff. I cooked fried eggs and toasts every morninG. Big ref. They have pantry supply, free water, laundry area, nice living area. Each floor with lots of sink, toilets and nice showers. The room is small so cannot really take in much luggage. Linens are clean, beds w curtains. Access/keycard for 24 hr access o property. They will keep your baggage free for a day , then charges may apply for succeeding days depending on your length of stay. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Arrived to no staff at 4pm. Had to call a number to enter the property. Upon entry , we had to look around for our room; which was behind a hidden door. Upon entry the room was damp, had marks all over the walls and was generally in poor condition. Lukewarm shower and a door to the room which would lock and wouldn’t let you back in! Thankfully one of us had stayed inside and could open. Due to lack of staff we had no choice but to leave and booked another hotel. Terrible
