it was good. There is a lot of noise from the nearby club, but basic amenities are provided, so it's not a problem. The people at the reception are also kind.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we had such a lovely, homely stay, and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are so caring and kind and they really looked after us. We stayed in a really nice room on the top floor (201) with our own bathroom - some rooms had a shared bathroom but we preferred to have our own and we paid just a small bit more to have this option. Outside our room there was a really nice outdoor area with shade and seating and the place is so nicely maintained and we liked the no shoe policy. A small point was that there wasn’t anywhere to store stuff and so we didn’t unpack but this wasn’t an issue we we were only here for 3 nights. We sadly missed breakfast on two of the mornings that we stayed as we had very early morning tours, but on the first morning of our stay we had a traditional Thai breakfast - Tom kha Kai which was a coconut soup with chicken, lemongrass, galangal and chilli which was absolutely delicious and they gave us some fresh fruit and coffee. The guesthouse is in an alleyway in a residential area and it felt authentic with small local shops and restaurants that we wish we had had more time to visit, and there were chickens and cats wandering around the street and we loved this. The room was quiet and comfortable and we slept really well and it felt safe. It is quite centrally located and a great base for exploring Bangkok. It felt like home from home and wish we had more time to enjoy this quiet oasis. A really comfortable stay.

Stayed here for one night on the recommendation of a friend, hoping to stay longer. It is located near the monument to democracy, behind the hotel restaurant of the same name. The bedroom is large, clean and modern, and the shower is good. We slept well and it was quiet in the city at night. Staff are smiling, warm and attentive, and do a lot for you. Great value for money. Highly recommended. We didn’t try their restaurant next door but it looked good and guests get 20% discount.

Such a Pink Fubulous place at the old capital area. Warm welcome with traditional THAI's smile from all staffs. Good combination between amazing taste of thaifood & colonail style of building. Unforgetable moment in thailand should start from here.
Violet Tower at Khaosan Palace

Photos absolutely not corresponding to the reality. Microscopic camera. Absurd noise. Ideal for groups of young boys and wanting to take late in the evening ... The noise that comes out is overwhelming. The violet tower is without lift ... Good climb to the third floor with bags in a micro scale ... I'm fortunately gonna have my bag . Every time you open a rubber (the washing machine is in the room to make you understand how small the room is) you feel noise of tubes that drop water. I can't say anything for cleaning.the clean but lacerated pencil cover. In short ... They have found another hotel in an area not suitable for making a hotel ...

1. Surrounding health bias, hotel health ok 2. The surrounding area is noisy, the night owl map is lively and optional (I am going to the diving transfer, the map is convenient for shipping next door, a bit can't stand noisy) 3. The service is very warm and convenient to store luggage (friends don't live and let them store) Hotel facilities at this price is ok
