Pros: Location has always been great of Sofitel and the latest touch up was beautifully done. Bed is super comfortable. All staff with great attitude and service levels are extremely high. I would always come back here when I am in Bangkok. Cons: more a suggestion- bathroom floors are super slippery when wet. Same goes for the sauna area. Put anti slip mats pre cautiously, they don’t cost much….

Stayed 5 nights with my kids and parents. Excellent service from front desk, restaurant, porter, house keeping. Every staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Location was convenient. Everything was perfect. The breakfast at Rossini's was exceptionally gorgeous. I was a bit curious to find that the reviews of this hotel were significantly better than other similar upscale five star hotels in Bangkok. Now I understand.

Kids had lots of fun in the pool and the games room. They have not even gone to play with the mini soccer field, tennis courts and mini golf yet. Breakfast buffet spread was kids friendly enough. They always had something for them. I came with 2 kids 6 & 8 which didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate. So I had to pay for 1 kid everyday, just under 300B, so it’s still okay. Room was a suite in the 31st floor. Great view. Huge space. King size bed was just enough for 4 of us to squeeze into. I love the strong water pressure in the toilets & the auto toilet washers. Didn’t like the short duration of hot water, always had to turn to full hot to get hot water flowing again. Location wise, it’s awesome! Connected to terminal 21, technically you didn’t need to go anywhere else. Asoke BTS just outside, Sukhumvot MRT also at the junction. GRAb was super easy to get as well, no super long waits like when we stayed around central world.

This hotel is brand-new, and has immense potential. It's a shame that I have to write this negative review, but I'm hoping it can spur the hotel to do much better in several areas. We discovered this newly built hotel from a local friend and decided to book four nights during the festive season. Upon arrival, the check-in process took much longer than expected. This was in-part due to the poor command of English by most of the staff. We were assigned a room in Tower A and Tower B. Tower A rooms are much more convenient as the pool and gym are located on the same tower. The rooms itself were great, but there were many small issues which hampered the experience during our stay. For example, the shower drain drains water very slowly, resulting in an overflow everytime you take a shower. The water pressure itself was decent but they need to solve the drainage issues, because we had several different rooms during our stay and every room had the same problem. Other than that, the rooms were great. The power points have USB-A and USB-C inlets, so you don't need an adapter when staying at this hotel, a very thoughtful point. Next, the breakfast buffet was decent. Bangkok hotels are famous for their excellent breakfast buffets. I have stayed in countless hotels in Bangkok, and the benchmark continues to be Centara Grand at CentralWorld for breakfast. Samala's breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The great thing is that the dishes are different every day, so you'll never have a boring breakfast. The bad news is that in terms of taste, its not consistent. For example, there was one morning which had Hainanese Chicken Rice served, and I nearly vomited after tasting it. On another day, there was Green Curry Chicken served, and it was amazing. Speaking of breakfast, I want to highlight the excellent service by Mr. Tong, which I believe is the manager of the breakfast service. Mr. Tong was very attentive and checked-in on us to make sure everything was fine. Interestingly, he spoke much better English than half the front desk staff so perhaps he should be there instead! Last but not least, I want to provide some inputs about the service. It was very inconsistent. Most of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly the concierge, which was amazing at making dining reservations and providing recommendations for lunch/dinner. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I managed to have a good chat with the front desk manager on several occasions. She had a good command of English, together with a woman who appeared fierce but was very friendly, but the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. They had some of the worse English I have ever seen in any hotel. Bangkok is an international tourist destination, and if the front desk can't get English right, it's better they are moved to other parts of the hotel. We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Room is also spacious. However, I booked a non-smoking junior suite, and was assigned to level 5, which smoking was permitted. As the assigned room was located at the end of the corridor, I have to endure the cigarette smell in the corridor. As such, I had politely asked if I could change to a non-smoking room, but I was told that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked and the response from the lady receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The bell captain overheard the conversation and suggested if he could request the housekeeping staff to spray with air freshener to eliminate the smoke odour in the room, which was very much appreciated. Just wondering why would the hotel even accept my booking for non-smoking room when all were occupied?

Wir waren nach unseren Urlaub nochmal 2 Tage in Bangkok und uns diesmal das 5 Sterne Hotel vom Anfang der Reise in Bangkok ersparen was uns sehr enttäuscht hatte (380€ 3 Nächte). Das Ruamchitt kenne ich aus Reisen von früher und es war immer in Ordnung für einen kleinen Preis. Habe diesmal ca. 95€ bezahlt für 2 Nächte und Late check out (18 Uhr) (Deluxe Room) . Man darf natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten aber zum übernachten reicht es aus. Was dringend repariert werden muss oder ausgetauscht : - Dusche hat kein Wasserdruck - Fenster könnten etwas mehr Dämmung gegen den Lärm vertragen - der Pool wurde renoviert aber die Liegen und Auflagen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. - die Dusche am Pool ist sehr ramponiert, diese könnte auch erneuert werden. - am Zimmer war nur ein Nachttisch Ansonsten ist das Hotel super für diesen Preis und ich würde auch das 5te mal wieder kommen :) Die Bar vom Hotel im Lobby Bereich ist für ein Getränk zwischen durch immer schon cool gewesen. My new friend I met that night in the Executive Lounge decided to meet up at this location before going out to meet friends and was pleasantly surprised and now no why Thailand is called the ”Land of Smiles”. Cause this is what the staff did all night!!! if looking for no noise and a relaxing place to have a cocktail, late night snack or even a coffee you must visit here!!! Ask for the three P's when you visit or Sam the bartender and tell them Houston sent you!!!

This is a great little hotel. It is a two minute walk to Terminal 21, immediately next door to Robinson Department store and Robinson supermarket, and a 3 minute walk to Asok BTS. Its always easy to get a taxi or Bolt within minutes. The hotel is kept clean and spotless by the friendly housekeeping staff. The internet is good and included, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the AC cools well. Of the 30 some hotels I have stay in within Bangkok, this is the favorite. There are no useable balconies, but there is a front patio by the lobby door that is great for eating local takeout. The hotel has no internal food service during Covid. The manager Khun Kikki Jutharat is the best feature of the hotel. She goes well beyond the normal customer service found in most hotels, and expended tremendous effort to help me with so many visa and miscellaneous issues. The hotel is lucky to have her! On the other shift, Khun Kuk was equally as helpful.

Un petit déjeuner classique pain , beurre confiture , 4 morceaux de fromage cheddar et deux tranche de pain pas toasté.Dommage que le jus de fruit soit chimique et hyper sucré avec tous les fruits qu il y a en Thaïlande!
