4.7/5OutstandingThe accommodation was very neat with many facilities. The location is very good next to a ski lift. It has parking. Very helpful staff! They upgraded me to a mountain view room. The room had an espresso machine, kettle, water and ingredients for tea and coffee. The mattress is perfect! Clean and quiet! The hotel has a luxurious Spa! The breakfast was excellent! While on booking I immediately paid the value of the room with credit card, the clerk at the reception it didn't look in their system my payment and asked me to re-pay the value of the overnight stay. I told her that I had already paid the value of the room reservation. The next day at check out they asked me to pay for the night again. I showed the proof of payment that Trip.com had sent me then the employee stated that he would have to confirm it manager...after waiting a few more minutes they acknowledged my payment. Unfortunately the delay and lack of information the payment was unreasonable for a 5 star hotel.

Haven't found the right property yet?
We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!
