Lejia Boutique Hotel (Baoding East Railway Station, Hebei University)

Driving from Tianjin on a business trip Tucao, I saw a lot of small activities written in the package before choosing Such as this hotel for car washing, shoe washing and snacks I thought I was a few roads away in Wanda Plaza, and I saw the sign of Atour which indicated that it was Lejia Hotel, but I couldn’t find it on the Atour official website When I arrived at the hotel, I said that only the last room was checked in. I found that the room upgrade rights on Ctrip had been used but the room was still a basic room. I called and didn’t want to explain. I gave two breakfast vouchers after I communicated that I didn’t leave the room. Tell me that I will wash the car for free when I park in the yard. I just started early and found out that my car was not washed. I said that it was only washed in the backyard. Yesterday, the backyard was full. Went to the backyard to wash the car and said that there was no water and I was drunk after waiting for half an hour The room is not big. The whole building has to wait a few minutes for an elevator to go downstairs. The TV is big but fuzzy and it is not clear. Breakfast is also average. There is no service for washing shoes, laundry and snacks.

大二時候沒做核酸，所有酒店都不接受我，在我以為要流落街頭時候，這家酒店接收了我，當時我就覺得以後來保定都住這家 三年後的今天 故地重遊 毫無疑問的選擇了這家 很榮幸在保定參加人生第一次半程馬拉松 謝謝這家酒店見證了我人生的很多重要時刻

房間裏面很温馨，東西都很新，而且價格公道，過來跑馬拉松的，可以延遲退房到三點，而且洗了車，送了水果

體驗很好給免費升級了房間，乾淨衞生，洗澡水又大又熱！早餐也很豐盛！很放鬆的一家酒店！表揚笑笑哦！

前台很熱情，都是笑臉相迎，熱情打招呼！房間乾淨整潔，佈局也好，早餐豐盛，可以現做麪條，餛飩，煎雞蛋等等，酒店大堂布置的也非常典雅，温馨，大氣！

一如既往，暖心服務，我個人認為服務水平超出了很多高端酒店，比如洗車，當早餐出門的時候發現車已被洗乾淨，並貼上一個暖心的便簽。當晚上外出回來後發現一個果盤、一碗銀耳湯已經擺放在房間，真的是很暖心。早餐非常豐盛，而且服務非常的好，從走進餐廳的第一聲問候，再到走出餐廳的送別，都能感受到這個酒店的暖心企業文化。

服務態度非常好，體驗感非常好，還給洗了車。

特別滿意的一次入住，價格不貴，房間舒適乾淨，隔音效果超級好！為了防止房間乾燥，每個房間還配備加濕器，服務人員禮貌熱情，不論幾點，隨叫隨到，沒有一點不情願，特意到房間送的水果，因為衞生間有點漏水，馬上給換了房間並將房間升級，還免費贈送了2個房間2人兩天的早餐券，早餐相當豐富，而且特別好吃！説實話，比某庭的好太多了，可以和某季媲美。要特別説一下的是酒店竟然有免費洗車，而且不用客人告訴，衹要停在酒店的停車場就給刷，我住了兩天，幾個阿姨連着給刷了兩次，退房時還要給每個客人準備純凈水帶着，雖然不是什麼大事，但是服務注重的就是細節，這個酒店絕對做到了！聽説酒店還有高鐵站接送服務，因為我開車去的，所以不是太確定是否有費用，有需要的夥伴可以到前台瞭解一下，真的是太暖心了！這樣的酒店真的推薦大家入住，體驗感太棒了！

已經是第二次入住了，酒店位置很好，下高速不久就到了，晚上睡覺很安靜，房間也非常舒適，很温馨，前台小姐姐的態度也特別的好，停車也方便
