前台服務熱情且很專業，辦理入住極快。酒店地理位置優越，離火車站很近，房間寬敞並且乾淨舒適，床單被罩都是全新的，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，有問題打了電話到前台，工作人員能夠快速上門解決問題，必須點贊👍還有就是早餐也很棒哦。下次再來還會選擇麗呈睿軒酒店！

服務很貼心，入住的時候給升級了房間，退房後到了高鐵站，前台羽煙小姐姐打來電話説有個帽子落到了房間，很耐心的一直和我聯繫，幫我把東西交了快遞送回家。特別感謝酒店的服務，讓人很暖心，下回到保定還住這裏。比心♥️。

攜程上定的酒店和入住的酒店名字不一致；更可氣的是兩大一小入住，房間衹有兩個枕頭，給前台打電話送一個枕頭和拖鞋，前台答覆酒店住滿了沒有多餘的枕頭和拖鞋；而且開始制的房卡根本打不開房門，剛進房間衹有時候有一股難聞的味道，一晚上都是開着窗户睡的，房間衹有兩瓶水，讓前台送一瓶水都會被拒絕説房間有付費的水，住了這麼多酒店，這服務…這入住體驗是最差的！！
