This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

Hygienic: The room is very clean and the bedding has been replaced with new ones. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old and there are no hand towels. Environment: Opposite the road, close the window is not noisy. Others can be, very quiet, very close to the river, the future stone, there is a bus stop opposite, and then there is a military school square.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

The room was not taken. Exceeded expectations! It really exceeded expectations. There is no problem for a family of four and five to choose this room, the two beds are together, Chase! There is also a bathtub! After playing for a day, the bathtub took a bath, cool! There is a disposable bathtub cover, so you can take a bath. Air conditioning is strong! Bathing is strong. I didn't eat breakfast, I came to travel, I must have come to eat specialties, so I didn't eat hotel breakfast. The reason for choosing this store at the beginning was that its location was in the middle of the Governor's Mansion and the Ancient Animal Museum. The location is strong! I was very satisfied with the deluxe twin room I booked. The room was very large and spacious. The family of four lived very comfortably. Parking was very convenient. There is an underground parking lot and you can park on the ground. The service attitude was also very good and very user-friendly. The children's slippers and toothbrushes were also given free of charge. The upgraded late check-out service is very good. The location is also very good. There is a Yoyori Boat Banquet next to the hotel, which is convenient for eating. It is not far from attractions and shopping malls. All in all, it is a good accommodation experience.

The room was a bit small, the two beds were almost on, the sound insulation was almost, and the door was loud at one to two o'clock at night. The whole hotel seems to be being repaired outside, the room inside looks like it has been newly renovated, the room is large, there is a swimming pool, but it starts to catch people around 20:30, more than 100 prices, breakfast is simple to eat, the price is very high, other bicycles are not needed, So give 5 points praise

Thanks to the small gift from the front desk. The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is convenient, there are many shopping centers around, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the front desk is very polite, giving people a homely feeling, the most worth mentioning is the breakfast, rich and varied, although the restaurant is small but it is cleaned up in time, there are pancakes, which are particularly good, a very satisfactory stay experience.

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

The rooms are newly renovated and have no paint smell. The rooms are incredibly bright and airy, making you feel spacious as soon as you enter. The front desk service is excellent; they even provide tea and water pitchers for guests' convenience. A truly hidden gem of a shop! Highly recommended!
