客觀説確實是老酒店了，各方面都比較一般。酒店房間一進去煙味非常大，給前台電話想要換房間，此刻我隔壁房間剛好收拾出來，沒有煙味，前台告知節假日高峯期，訂房時間比較早（下午2點）剛做打掃味道就沒消，也暫時沒其他房間。和我還説雖然提示無煙酒店，但是有些客人會自己抽煙也沒辦法處理。我問還有什麼解決方法，告訴我打開房間門通風。看到同層打掃衞生的保潔，問她有什麼方法可以減少房間煙味，冷淡回覆沒有辦法，再問或者是否有空氣清新劑之類，也回覆沒有。房間裏的衞生也做得不好，地板上灰塵很大，牀頭櫃有一層灰。

房間整潔明亮，毛巾白凈，保安大叔特別熱情，面相一看就是個好人，幫我們拿行李按電梯開門。設施齊全，很乾凈。環境也很好。
