房間什麼都很滿意，酒店的硬件設施都很滿意，每次在這邊住酒店，也都是選擇這一家酒店。但是人性化服務簡直不要太差，不小心定了兩天的房，第一天住了，第二天退，跟酒店打電話酒店前台説退不了，平台上面寫的當天晚上9點之前能退，平台去協商的，酒店退了我的房費。延遲2點退房，我們兩點過一點點下去的，扣了半天的房費，這也認了，我們時間觀念不太強。退按金呢，我們開房的時候付款寶付的，給了一個按金條，因為一般都是原路返回，然後也沒有收着這個按金條，最後去退房的時候，房卡給了我們就走了，沒説按金的事情。按金300，扣了半天房費，我在攜程上訂是240多，酒店按門市價收取的一半，還是平台給我補了差價，按金跟前台溝通了差不多一個下午，真的很無語，按金單掉了，查一下我的訂房訊息，姓名，跟那天入住登記不是很簡單的事情嗎？沒見過搞這麼複雜的，真的是一點一點人情味都沒有。
