very clean and nice bedrooms. very welcoming staff. Good breakfast with very good coffee. I couldnt check the swimming pool, it is only open from 9am to 9pm, pity

Pleasant staff, offered a free upgrade on my room and brought some welcome snacks to our room both nights we were there. Definitely a good option if ever in Baoshan for some reason.

春節到騰沖 保山 芒市遊玩 在保山入住了兩個晚上，非常不錯的酒店，值得推薦，房間比較大，衞生不錯，價格也很合理，還贈送酸奶和水果，酒店環境非常好，應該算是保山最高規格的酒店。早餐非常不錯，停車也非常方便。點評照片均為我自己拍攝。

前幾年出差經常入住的酒店，環境很好，衞生不錯，早餐豐富，酒店也很大氣，這次攜家人出行也選擇了該酒店，但是不得不説服務質量是真下降了，點了個外賣放前台前後五分鐘就丟了，雖然事後酒店工作人員也進行了賠償（也是在我主動要求下才協商解決的，查監控也沒查出來個一二三）但因為餐食丟失又重新下單耽誤了一個多小時才吃上飯，真的很無語。也可以理解酒店不允許外賣直接送入房間是出於安全考慮，但也可以學學其他酒店用智能機器人送外賣的服務，不然放前台也無人看管，以後這樣事也衹多不少。其次，床單沒清洗乾淨，有黃色的臟污；衞生間換氣扇也是壞的，洗面池下水也是堵的，水半天下不去；吹風機頭也是壞的。在酒店設施和服務水平上真的需要提升與改善了。
