沒有電梯，衹有二樓，自己提箱子上去。房間不算大，空間比較高，房屋設施比較成舊，涼台大，第一天到了就在涼台上喝了喝茶。三樓正在裝修，入住第二天就一大早就被大聲振醒，還好第三天就放假。

我主要不是對旅館有意見，而是對攜程有意見，這是個由一位有兩個孩子的年輕媽媽和一個婆婆主要經營的旅店，她們帶孩子幹活不易，所以不能要求過高。但你們攜程不能不如實反映情況，你們標註這個旅店：免費停車 温泉 山景房。除免費停車是真實的其他全不對，根本沒有温泉，也在房間看不到山景。衞生條件差，床上有許多螞蟻，還有壁虎，飛蟲，屋裡等下飛蟲很多。更他們要了落後的毒性大的盤香點上才好些。躺床上被咬的渾身是包，癢的很，圖清涼油一點事不管用，受大罪了。廁所也不乾淨，臉盆從來不刷，我們住了一週也沒有手紙，都用的是自己的。廁所窗户，是玻璃斜插着，露有很大空隙，開始不知，上廁所開燈，結果飛進很多蚊蟲。沒有紗窗。後來上廁所就不敢開燈了。兩位女士也不易，還要照顧兩個孩子，給家人做飯，所以沒有時間收拾房間。頂多到個垃圾桶，掃下地。這樣的旅店你們平為4.1，不覺得高嗎？我們就是相信你們的介紹才定的房，你們有不可脱卸的責任。你們必須重視，不能再讓更多人上當。我沒照相，也沒想投訴他們，不是他們的問題，他們也不容易。農民自己蓋房，自己經營，但無人培訓，究竟什麼樣才叫旅館，他們不一定清楚。

第一次住在山上，空氣特別好，特別涼爽。旁邊就是希爾頓酒店。房間很寬敞，也很乾凈。適合家庭出遊離景區很近的，去温泉酒店泡湯，走路就能到。要去縣裡也很方便，公交車下去就到。飯店就在家門口，農家樂味道都不錯的。旅館內的阿姨很和藹可親，還主動幫我拿行李怪不好意思的，感謝！我兒子好喜歡和她玩。
