環境差，服務差，房間異味巨大，一晚上這個臭味都沒法睡，房間設施真的對不起這個價格，奉勸大家別去，這個價位在包頭都能住很好的酒店了，我入住之前就備註不要陰面，不要離電梯近的，結果就是在電梯對面，陰面，而且衞生間還是個塑料簾，就是為了異味，房間電視才是20幾寸，大家避坑

酒店的設施可以舊一些，但是不能不衞生。入住的房間進門一股濃重的煙味，開窗和開抽風機都退不去，衞生間垃圾桶裏有煙灰，馬桶圈上也有煙灰。説明上一個客人離開沒有做徹底清潔。要求換房間，新房間衞生間有一股濃重的尿騷味，我仔細研究發現衞生間牆壁鏤空地方里麪應該有客人尿進去，從味道判斷，應該不止一兩次，酒店也沒有清理，要命的是衞生間排氣扇壞了，打不開！感覺酒店服務人員不夠職業，有點像或者就是公家官辦的酒店，大鍋飯氣質。

此行最垃圾的一次經歷，萬豪酒店滿房，才選擇就近搬到這裏入住，直接開始了天堂到地獄的轉換之旅，前台辦理等了很久，沒有效率又不專業，到了房間沒有空調，使用房間座機線還是斷的，處理電話線的時候又發現牀頭櫃下面都是灰塵和垃圾，噁心至極，衹能跑出去走廊找電話打給前台換房間，因為是半夜了，不然絕不會入住的，換了房間空調終於能用了，但是噪音巨大，衞生簡直差到天際，帶污漬的椅子光明正大的使用，我真的是服了，這個代表着曾經本土老牌的酒店，就這樣厚顏**的運行嗎，住宿業也屬於旅遊的一張名片，難道你們就是這樣宣傳包頭的嗎，讓我們這些帶朋友來旅行的遊客情何以堪，如果沒有能力正常經營，可以選擇關門，別出來丟人。

除了一樓大堂寬敞之外，基本都不好。陳舊的裝修，浴室設施不完好，打算衞生馬馬虎虎，補充用品不全還要打電話到客房部要。早餐品種少、質量差。

房間打掃的還可以，但是枕頭有很大的味道。第二天房間也沒有整理，衹是簡單的補充了基本用品。熱水也不是很熱。當然服務隨叫隨到，還不錯。態度也很好。整體體驗還行吧。
