Vienna International Hotel (Baotou Zhengxiang International Wanda Plaza Branch)

Great stay, excellent experience overall. The room was spotless, and all facilities were well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. It offers fantastic value for money, making it a top choice for accommodation.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very helpful, and anything I needed could be delivered to my room.

As a high-end hotel in Vienna, the Vienna International wasn't particularly outstanding. The housekeeping staff were excellent; the housekeeper on the 18th floor around 10 PM on the 23rd made a very good impression: proactive service, and importantly, her attitude conveyed genuine care. However, the front desk staff were merely adequate, not excellent. When you asked for a bottle of water, she offered it, but her expression showed her reluctance. Someone was smoking in the lobby, and no one at the front desk intervened. The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional; out of dozens of Vienna hotels I've stayed at, including Vienna Smart, Vienna 3-star, Vienna, and Vienna International, this one's breakfast ranked in the bottom ten.

Located near Wanda Plaza, with great snacks downstairs, it's very convenient. This hotel offers an elegant ambiance, attentive service, clean and tidy rooms with complete amenities, and comfortable bedding. The stay was excellent, and the value for money makes it an ideal choice for both business and family trips. Highly recommended!

The equipment is outdated, the front desk service is poor and inflexible, and the soundproofing is terrible!

Whenever I go to Baotou on business, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The main reason is that it has a good location, is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and the breakfast is more to my taste. But this time the problem happened when I was having breakfast. The reason was that the lamp for placing the food was too low, and when I lifted the lid of the dish, I touched the lamp and burned my hand in less than a second. It just hurt at first, and there were no obvious symptoms. In addition, I was in a hurry to do things, so I just paid the bill and left. After a few days, blisters and festering appeared on the back of my hands.

I usually don't review unless it's truly terrible or truly excellent, which this one is. The hotel is on a commercial street, and the location is okay. We checked in almost 9 PM, and there were no children's supplies. In the middle of the night, we discovered the air conditioning wasn't working, and we woke up in the heat... There's a foot massage parlor downstairs. Just imagine the atmosphere... all kinds of people... The bathroom floor was incredibly slippery, and the shower door wouldn't close, so the entire bathroom was flooded with water... It was terrible.

The room we booked last minute was also the last hotel we stayed in on this road trip. I was most dissatisfied with it. The door frame of the room was broken. It was obviously knocked open by an external force. Wouldn't they repair such a room for guests to stay in? Let me also talk about the 38 yuan hotel breakfast I bought for my child. Because he had an online class in the morning and didn't have time to come down to eat, I wanted to pack some for him to take away, but I could only take boiled eggs and snacks. If I wanted to take fried rice, I had to pay for the lunch box, not to mention wontons. I decisively returned the breakfast and bought a McDonald's next door. There are many places to eat nearby. The road in front of the door is under construction, and the underground parking lot is shared.
