Jinyi Premium Hotel (Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone)

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The room had great natural light, was spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. It was also quiet and peaceful. The front desk service was incredibly warm; the staff were friendly and patient in answering all my questions, and check-in was very efficient. It offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was spotless, the bedding soft and clean, and it felt like I was lying on a cloud. The sleep quality was excellent. The front desk guy had a warm smile and proactively explained the surrounding area, paying close attention to details. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's the perfect choice for a wonderful trip.

I've stayed in many Jinyi hotels, but I've never encountered one this awful. The decor is incredibly minimal, the prices are high, and the bathroom toilet remote control isn't working. Someone else's broken remote is still being used. This is pure consumer deception. Facilities: Extremely poor Hygiene: Extremely poor Environment: Extremely poor.

I requested a quieter room upon check-in. Everything was fine before I fell asleep, but in the middle of the night, I started to feel like I was sleeping in an airplane cabin. I called the front desk to complain about the loud noise in the room, and they said it was the air conditioner fan and that the room type I booked was the last one available and couldn't be changed. The staff knew about the room's condition, but they didn't tell me at check-in. Even after I reported it, they refused to change it. I originally booked two days and canceled the second. The front desk lady apologized during check-out and offered to upgrade me for free next time. I have almost zero chance of staying here again. I recommend that hotels warn guests of any problematic rooms upon check-in. If you sleep well, it's fine, but poor sleep can really disrupt your next trip.

The hotel is okay. However, the facilities are dilapidated, and the toiletries are poorly arranged. 1. The basin is cracked. 2. The toiletry rack is too low, and the towels are practically placed on the floor. Dust and water stains inevitably stain the towels, causing a lot of rustling when used. 3. Paid and free items are mixed together, misleading customers. This is suspected of consumer fraud. A disposable towel costs 10 yuan. A bit expensive!

I don't know how the front desk staff of this hotel are trained. When I checked in with a guest, the front desk guy came up and said to us, "Sir, you have booked the worst room in our hotel. I have upgraded you to room type xxx for free." I will never book this hotel again.
