Long-standing hardware issues, not isolated incidents: Besides the room reservation failure and bathroom floor cleanliness issues I encountered this time, I had previously reported a problem with the screen mirroring device not working once and unstable hot water supply on two occasions. That's all. More importantly, I saw other guests reporting similar problems in the comments section, proving that my experience was not accidental, but a long-standing shortcoming in the hotel's management and maintenance. 2. Questionable cleanliness this time: During this stay, there were unidentified white crystals and water stains on the bathroom floor. The hotel explained it as "floor crystallization" and asked, "Does it affect usability?" Whatever it is, the first impression is "uncleanliness." The hotel's first reaction was not apology and cleaning, but excuses, which is unacceptable. 3. [Key Point] Poor service attitude, followed by slander: This is the most disappointing part. When I reported the problem, the hotel's customer service response was shocking: Personal attacks and slander: Instead of resolving the issue, they accused me of being "picky" and groundlessly slandered me, saying I "only come here to freeload." As a consumer, I truthfully reported a poor experience, yet I was labeled in this way. Arrogant attitude and customer dismissal: They said, "This is the first time I've seen a customer like this," and added, "I hope you won't book again." This is a despicable attitude of trying to drive away a customer who raised a problem. Summary: Hardware issues may be rectified, but a hotel that, after repeated and persistent feedback from a long-term customer, not only fails to improve but also responds with attacks and slander, speaks volumes about its professionalism and management level. "Reasonable price and location" should never be a reason to tolerate poor service and personal humiliation. I am recording this true experience in the hope that everyone will choose carefully.

The hygiene was appalling; the cleaning was incomplete, and the drain smelled bad. After complaining, I was given a room that had just been cleaned. The whole room smelled of mop all night. The pillowcase even had a hole in it and was still being used. For a hotel that costs over 200 yuan, is it really necessary to be so frugal? It felt like a cheap motel. The hotel service was practically nonexistent. The front desk didn't even say hello at check-in. I don't understand how service industry employees are trained these days. The good reviews seem to be fake. This is genuine feedback. If you see this, think carefully and try to choose a chain hotel like Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel instead.
