環境：酒店環境相當不錯，園林綠化極多。
衞生：房間收拾的不錯，很乾凈，東西齊全，因為連住宿兩天，中間收拾衞生很乾凈。
服務：小徐接待的，答疑速度很快。介紹也很詳細。多多努力哈。

自打住過包頭青山賓館後、每次來這邊玩兒路過包頭都會選擇這家酒店。首先環境真的特別好，就是老牌兒國賓館的範兒，園子又大又漂亮！乾乾淨淨！有水塘，還有鴨子、大鵝悠閑的晃來晃去！其次賓館前台的服務絕對是內蒙這邊的天花板級了，小譚、小謝一起當班的幾個服務生都很熱情友好，管理很人性化！不管是房間送水還是前台送小孩子早餐，都很大氣！重點贊一下他家的自助早餐！最好吃的是內蒙特色美食羊肉燒麥，絕對正宗！同時早餐還提供很多內蒙特色餐時、奶茶也特別好、品種齊全。希望酒店越來越好！

按照姨夫的話來説就是包頭的小中南海，在花園中的酒店靜謐又不失時尚，大氣上檔次，服務周到、飯菜味道很好👌，衹顧欣賞、可惜忘記拍照片。

前台服務態度很好。不足的是早餐種類還可以再豐富些，餐廳服務人員在客人不多的時候在三三兩兩的聊天，水果所剩不多沒有及時補充。這麼高星級的酒店，游泳池卻是租出去了，住店客人需付費。客房服務敷衍。要加床，為了省事準備加在走廊位置，試問加在走廊，房間裏怎麼走動。最後我們幫着一起加在靠窗的位置。房間打掃也沒有把第一天用的浴袍收走，還是散放在原來的位置。

本來不想做評價，住都住了，還是説一下吧！這裏服務人員可以隨便進出你的房間，還不和你打招呼，還不管你房間有沒有人。作為一個五星級賓館，我非常不理解這的服務，太不注重個人私隱了！另外，這邊整風格就是老乾部療養院，親子游或者情侶出遊的可以繞行，這邊行政出差還是比較適合。二樓大會議室都是人，自助早餐你看吧，全是開會的人。我們兩家人親子游，這次住宿體驗非常不好，床是120的，但我感覺不夠120，非常小。

酒店環境很好，像在公園裡一樣，有湖還有好多大鵝小鴨子，小朋友很喜歡。前台服務也很好，房間挺大的床品很舒服，但是唯一讓我感到有點意外的是早餐，頭一回遇到服務員跟顧客一起取餐一起吃的，有一回孩子要喝奶茶，前面有個服務員竟然拿了個超大的麪碗盛奶茶，把鍋裏的奶茶都裝走了回頭跟孩子説讓我們等一會兒還會再上…………真是無語，也不知道誰是顧客…還有一回讓煮碗麪條，大姐把鍋裏新煮的麪條給服務員吃，然後在旁邊拿了碗不知道煮了多久的麪給我………還有一回，服務員都在最後一排屏風後麪吃飯，那天顧客有點多，有幾個大姐好像坐到了服務員吃飯的地方，然後我取餐的時候就聽到旁邊取餐的服務員跟另一個服務員説那幾個大姐怎麼那麼不長眼坐了她們的位置………態度超級差，還有服務員帶孩子在那坐着吃飯的…希望酒店的管理者看到這條評價可以改善下，畢竟我們顧客早餐到十點，每次九點多去吃飯就好多服務員也在取餐吃飯，作為我們花了錢的還要跟服務員搶吃的屬實不太舒服，希望把顧客吃飯的時間留好

房間裏一股臭煙味，尤其是床頭。五星級酒店不消煙味嗎?住了兩天也沒給噴點空氣清潔劑。對於不抽煙的人這種臭煙味真是一種折磨。青山賓館這兩年的管理水平比疫情前有明顯的下滑。
