Great location, very close to the national park. Friendly staff. Clean room. Loud AC. Breakfast is so so, would recommend restaurants near bar harbour that in a few mins drive with much better taste, view, and similar price.

The hotel is in a great location by the sea, and the restaurant is good. But the room is terrible, the soundproofing is very, very poor, you can hear the neighbors talking, turning on the tap, watching TV, and the carpet smells very bad. I went there just for the environment

The environment is good. The deposit is returned very slowly. It has been 40 days and it has not been returned yet.

The service is very good, and it is very convenient to have a shuttle bus to downtown. Close to the sea, the scenery is beautiful

Since we arrived at the hotel late at night, the man at the front desk gave us a room without balcony in the side building, and said that the booking information we received was that there was no balcony!! In fact, the rooms with balconies are all in the main building, facing the sea, and they are already full. So I communicated with Ctrip customer service. Ctrip's service attitude was good, but the problem was not solved. After two days of repeated negotiations, Ctrip customer service finally compensated 3.5% of the total cost as a little psychological comfort for Ctrip customer service. Since the hotel was full, it was 3,823 yuan/night, and it was not worth it for two nights. The hotel environment is relatively good, right by the sea, but we can't see the sea in the side building. Don't imagine that this is a luxury hotel, but because of the summer tourist season, the cost is surprisingly expensive. The hotel facilities are average and a bit old. I won't be fooled next time!

It's in Bar Harbor, the closest to Acadia National Park, and a short distance from the center of Bar Harbor town. The check-in arrived late, and the hotel was full, but it was more appropriate to arrange another hotel of the same level in the town to stay. Because I actually live in other hotels, I have no experience with this specific facility.
