JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

GGuest UserI travel to Yiwu for business regularly and always stay at KaiChen K Hotel, it's perfect for business trips. It's located right in the heart of Xiuhu, making it super convenient to get to the Trade City for client meetings. The shopping and dining downstairs are also very handy. Check-in at the front desk is quick and efficient, and the room's desk is spacious enough for working overtime. The soundproofing is good too. The breakfast buffet has a great variety, ensuring I'm well-rested, and there's a free laundry room. Every business trip here is just hassle-free.

SseapalaceI booked this hotel after reading the reviews, specifically for its convenient location and excellent service. And it didn't disappoint – the front desk service was indeed top-notch. The lady at reception was incredibly patient, gave us a guide map to the small commodities market, and even recommended sightseeing routes. Truly fantastic service! The location is also unbeatable. There are so many dining options right near the hotel, with a whole street full of restaurants and bubble tea shops. It's just a few hundred meters walk to the international trade city, and not far from Santing Road Night Market, about 3 kilometers. For this location, it's incredibly good value for money. Plus, the hotel lobby on the first floor doubles as a coffee shop and a bar at night, and it's always bustling and lively, open 24 hours. Overall, everything was excellent, but the hotel's location and service really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the international trade city!

**Service:** Excellent! Both the front desk staff (guys and girls), housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all wonderful.
It's quite close to the Commercial City and Bingwang Night Market. Overall, it's roughly a 4-star hotel but with 5-star service.

Right across the road from the hotel is the Santing Road Night Market, which was incredibly lively and packed with people at night. It's about a 10-yuan taxi ride to the Trade City, which is very convenient. Yiwu is great for shopping, and I'll definitely be back next time, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Come to 'World Yiwu' and enjoy the good life, haha!

MMadsonxiI was planning a trip to Yiwu, and for individual shoppers not buying in bulk, the International Trade City District 1 is the best choice. So, when booking a hotel, I specifically picked one close to District 1, and I absolutely have to recommend this place—it feels like incredible value for money.
The hotel entrance was under renovation, and I actually walked past it at first. After backtracking, I found the lobby on the seventh floor, and taking the elevator up was quite a pleasant surprise. The lobby was spotless, and there was a bar next to the front desk, giving it the feel of an executive lounge in a star-rated hotel. They had welcome drinks and candies by the front desk; it really seemed like an expert who had worked in star hotels designed this place. There was a young lady with glasses at the front desk, very young but very experienced, and she arranged my room quickly. The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The welcome gift was fantastic—a Yiwu fridge magnet! We always make a point to buy fridge magnets as souvenirs in every city we visit, and the quality of theirs was particularly good.
I especially have to mention their breakfast. The next morning, I went down to B1 for breakfast and noticed quite a few foreigners staying there. I hadn't expected much, but then I realized their breakfast was actually quite excellent. The noodle station even had mini wontons and offered three different types of noodles to choose from. Eggs were freshly fried, and they even made omelettes with extra ingredients. Bread, fruit, and yogurt were all available, but the most impressive part was the cheese served next to the bread. It wasn't the domestic kind used for pancakes; it was genuinely large, sliced cheese. Excellent! They managed to make a simple breakfast buffet feel international. Definitely a big thumbs up.
After breakfast, I was surprised to discover that there was also a gym downstairs, along with self-service washing machines.
At checkout, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and even gave me a parting gift. Overall, this hotel offers incredibly high value for money, and it's clear that their amenities are designed to star-rated hotel standards. You wouldn't find much better at a Yiwu Marriott, perhaps even worse, as five-star hotels can get complacent, and their staff might not be as proactive as these folks. I have to give them a huge compliment.

The hotel butler gave us a warm welcome, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The room was fantastic, very high-end, exactly the vibe I was looking for. Any issues we had during our stay were promptly resolved by the butler. They truly went above and beyond! They even provided complimentary fruit and a souvenir gift. I'm from Guangdong, and a daily tea-drinking ritual is deeply ingrained in my life – it's an indispensable part of my routine. Having stayed at the Global Hotel for years, I was genuinely touched to find that the staff had subtly remembered my preference and taken even the smallest details to heart. At other hotels, I'd always have to proactively request bottled water every day, which was not only inconvenient but also interrupted my leisurely tea-making. However, upon opening the door to Room 1288 this time, I was immediately moved.
The staff, knowing about my six-day stay, had pre-stocked the room with an ample supply of bottled water, perfectly meeting all my tea-making needs for the entire duration. I didn't have to remind anyone daily or repeatedly contact the front desk for refills, completely eliminating all cumbersome communication. This proactive anticipation and thoughtful, pre-emptive service truly resonated with me. Hotel service here isn't about rigid, standardized procedures; it's about genuinely remembering the habits of each regular guest and tailoring details to their actual needs, making me, a traveler on the go, feel truly warm and valued.
Throughout my entire stay, the hotel's service was consistently meticulous and perfectly balanced. The staff were gentle, polite, and responsive, offering service that was proactive yet unobtrusive, thoughtful yet not intrusive – they perfectly understood the nuances of good service.
