My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Overall, my stay was fine, but the management was very disappointing. My check-out time was supposed to be 11am, yet the housekeeper started knocking on my door at 8am and even asked me what time I was checking out — shouldn’t staff already know this information? Later, I left my luggage in my room at 9am to have breakfast in the hotel. When I returned at 10am, my room card no longer worked. The front desk staff told me my card had been dropped into the check-out box, which was confusing since I was traveling alone — who did that? To make matters worse, when I finally got back into my room, all of my luggage was gone. The housekeeper said it had been sent to the front desk without my consent. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, and I hope management takes steps to improve communication and respect guests’ check-out times

Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!  -
