Villa Letizia – Casa per ferie

The location was accessible to the center by public transport. We liked our room very much. Towels and bedding were clean.

The accommodation is relatively well located and well served by public transport (bus and metro). However, the welcome was not as expected (very little explanation and very expeditious). The room is very poorly soundproofed, not very clean and above all the equipment was in very poor condition (broken bed slat and broken toilet bowl) and tiny bathroom. Breakfast is ok.

The nuns and the doorman are very kind. For one night doable.

I checked into this hotel due to the change of departure dates from Spain. I had to stay for 3 days in this hotel. Everything is fine. The owner is very friendly. Everyone who lives here is friendly! Budget hotel. There was a single room. It was not pleasant that on Ostrovka, through which I booked this hotel, a tax of 10.5 € was written, but they told me 18. Write the truth!!! There is a supermarket with normal prices nearby. There are no dishes in the room, but when I asked for a spoon, they gave me one. I took it to my room from breakfast bowl, no one said anything. Shared microwave, electric kettle. The linen is clean. The pressure in the shower is good. Toilet paper, shampoo and everything else don’t provide anything else. But for the money it’s normal, despite the fact that breakfast is included. Coffee, tea , muesli, milk, croissants. In general, if you don’t stay in the room, then it’s quite a budget option. I recommend it. I won’t stay myself, because I don’t stay in one place. I always choose different ones.

We had a great time, a quiet, clean and tidy place. We will definitely be back, very useful internal parking, very quiet and well managed. A small welcoming church to pray.... we loved it.

I found a dirty room, there were tufts of dust under the bed. It was cold and there is no heating. In the closet I found two blankets that didn't look clean. For the bathroom ... forget it! Summary cleaning. To use it with sufficient peace of mind, I bought some detergents and cleaned it myself. Uncomfortable mattresses, hard pillows. Wallpaper full of damp spots. Soundproofing almost zero so that I could even hear the body noises of the neighbor in the next room. I didn't have time to find another place so for one night I made it right. I will never go back.

I spent the night in Rome for a competition in this holiday home run by the nuns. The structure is dated as well as the rooms, there is no TV in the room. Sufficient breakfast offered by the nuns. But the advantage of this structure is the cost, around € 35 per night. For an overnight stay you can be satisfied.
