We stayed in this hotel for one night prior to returning home. It was the third hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Spain. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The area was great with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. My only suggestions for improvements would be to have more than one english television channel. It was our last night and we were tired out so we would have liked to watch something besides BBC news. There was also quite a wait for an elevator.

Although I live alone, I booked a deluxe double room, but the room was super small. I brought a suitcase and could barely open it on the ground. Also, the room was a patio room. The view was originally invisible. No hotel with shampoo, personal point of view, the taste is super bad ,,,

Cleanliness - perfect. Morning breakfast - everyday same variety and nothing special. Check in / check out : Disappointed. I booked thru Trip.com for 7 nights inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 person. Hotel system shown that no breakfast covered and charged me Euro 500 plus for 7 days breakfast during checkout. We had the good fortune to land at this hotel after an American Airlines flight was returned to Barcelona midair. We were shuttled to different places in the airport and waited almost 7 hours for information from AA. We were then given no paper voucher but sent to this hotel and told to give our names. This was an exercise in trust and we had no idea how it would turn out when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing, and helped us every step of the way. Apparently American Airlines was communicating in some fashion with the hotel even though the airlines was not communicating with us. There was a plane load of people at the hotel and the hotel staff handled this unexpected bevy of people with professionalism and good humor. The property itself was fantastic, three restaurants, rooftop pool and bar and fantastic food. We were so grateful to have landed at this hotel in what was otherwise very stressful situation. If you are looking for a hotel with exemplary staff close to the beach, with fantastic amenities, this is the hotel for you

My daughter is currently studying abroad, and for her spring break we had planned on meeting in Barcelona, where neither of us had visited before. Freezing temperatures and snow in the United States unfortunately tampered with our plans, and I was then detained and unable to join her. At first I was nervous, but the Hotel Arts took amazing care of my daughter as she experienced her first solo vacation - and loved every moment. From all she has told me, it sounds like the Hotel Arts made a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience in every way. Special shout out to the incredible bar staff in the lobby bar who gave her an amazing list of restaurants, bars, and site recommendations. Bartenders Alex, Nicola and Diego, whose service went above and beyond, by her report, were welcoming, gracious, and terrific hosts. My daughter also tells me the woman who helped her with check in and check out was wonderfully friendly and helped her arrange a taxi for her departure and also gave some local tips. Her name, however, seemed Catalan and my daughter cannot remember how to spell it. On check-in my daughter was given both a spa and drink voucher, both of which were very much appreciated, and put to good use. In the room as well, was a lovely gift of fresh clementines, which I am told tasted wonderful. The location of the Hotel Arts is also perfect, sitting on the beach and close to attractions and public transportation. The amenities were also wonderful, and the gym was clean, spacious, and had lovely equipment. The property itself is gorgeous, with astounding views of the Mediterranean. This hotel truly held up to Ritz Carlton and 5 star standard, and every part of her experience far exceeded expectations. She couldn’t have been in safer hands and I am so glad she has such a good experience at the Hotel Art. She recommends it so highly that we are now changing our summer vacation plans from France to Barcelona. we look very much to returning to this amazing property!

I really like this hotel. It's by the sea. It's very comfortable to eat breakfast and look at the sea view. The only downside is that the deposit is a bit chaotic. Fortunately, I figured it out at the end of the check-out. Those who go abroad must pay attention to the check-out: foreign hotel pre-authorization It is not returned immediately, so you have to double check, I have encountered pre-authorization and finally turned into a deduction
