Habitat Apartments Hot Jazz

Do not stay here under any circumstances! Our stay at this Habitat Apartment property was a complete disaster and a serious safety risk. The building is operated by an app, and a power outage locked us out of both the building and our apartment late at night. We were stranded on the street for over four hours. This is an incredibly unsafe area after dark. Police patrols advised us to get off the street, and we were verbally harassed while waiting. The company's emergency response was a profound failure. Their representative (Erika) repeatedly and knowingly lied, assuring us an agent would arrive in "12 minutes" for hours on end. The agent who finally came confirmed he had only been contacted an hour prior, proving the company's deception. The company's complete disregard for our safety was further demonstrated by their manager refusing to speak with me and their insulting offer of just €100 in compensation (which is less than what we paid for the time we were locked out). This company has no care for its customers. The negligence we experienced put our lives at risk. I would never recommend staying here or at any Habitat Apartment property.

For us, in terms of value for money, this is one of the best places we've stayed at. A very well designed apartment with everything you need. Although the look & feel seem to be designed towards the male business traveler, it was perfect for us as a family - but well, this family includes a retired Jazz musician, so we couldn't wrong here even if we wanted to! Great beds, great shower, big and fully equipped kitchen, we are struggling to find any points of criticism. Highly recommended!
