Centric Sagrada Familia Apartments

Be warned. It was awful. Steer clear. The apartment is sub par. The fridge tray fell out the first time we opened it and injured my foot. We were then charged for it afterwards. There were loose tiles in the floor. The shower was disgusting. Blocked and flooded while we were there. Dampness on the walls showed that flooding had happened before. We had to wait in until a workman came to fix it. We had to wait until he left. Eating into our time in Barcelona. Basarol apartments who managed the place we're rude at best and uninterested to help. The windows in one of the bedrooms didn't close so we had the noise of traffic continuously during our stay. The place was uncared for. Unmanaged. Loose wires throughout the apartment. Another bedroom door didn't close. No help, only gruff rudeness when asked. When we did leave, we mistakenly left a jacket behind. They refused to assist us in getting it back before our flight. They even shouted at us and our the phone down on us in one occasion. Odious, brash, greedy people. My advice is so not give them your money. Spend your money elsewhere on a hotel!
