Good afternoon. It went badly. We were supposed to arrive after 6:00 PM. We asked how we could check in and pay 11 euros (which we were supposed to pay at the hotel) by writing. They didn't answer the phone. My daughter asked if we could pay online and receive the PIN to enter. We received a response, a copy of the message they posted on the website. In the end, we paid 11 euros at 2:18 PM. We received the PIN to enter at 8:30 PM. We were supposed to be there at 6:30 PM (which we said). I don't see anything right. I can't comment on the hotel (we didn't stay there because our flight was canceled). I'm talking about the behavior of the people who manage hotels. If I arrived at 6:30 PM, would I have to wait 2 hours to receive the PIN? Please check these details. I wish you good luck and don't treat other people like this. Thank you. Oksana
