The location is fantastic, just a 6-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, with plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and it's very close to the Sagrada Familia metro station. The two-bedroom layout with a full kitchen is perfect for families. However, the check-in experience needs improvement: we spent almost an hour communicating online with the front desk to complete check-in and get the access code. Imagine how inconvenient that would be if arriving late at night! The electric kettle had a broken handle, which is a safety hazard – thankfully, I was only filling it with water. What if a pot of boiling water had spilled? On the first day, after the first person showered, the next person had to wait an hour for hot water. Unaware of this, we ended up with a cold shower halfway through. Larger families will need to stagger their showers. Facility maintenance and service efficiency urgently need to be improved.

There are simply no words to describe how wonderful it is. The location is clean, cozy, comfortable, and the location is perfect. Thank you for such great conditions.

The access system is really difficult, and even if you know how to open it, it's still hard to turn the door handle. It's different from the photos, and it's not clean. The refrigerator smells. The bathroom has black water stains. The dishes are dirty. The floor is very old. There's not enough toilet paper. (I paid for it at the supermarket.) There weren't enough towels. They didn't even clean the place during my four-day stay. This isn't a hotel, this is an Airbnb. Just stay at a clean Airbnb. This is definitely not a hotel. I really don't recommend this place.
