Absolutely terrible. Cost almost $800 for two nights so one would expect something quite nice. The room was tiny, with a view of an alley. The shower was impossible to figure out how to operate and left water all over the floor. Breakfast was included, but a second cup of coffee cost 2.50 €! Not at all impressed for the cost!

I picked this hotel for the closeness to the Port for my Cruise holiday,which was only a 10 minute walk to the Cruise Bus. There was 36 steps to climb up to the Reception which was hard for me to carry my suitcase.As I arrived early the receptionist gave me a locker for my suitcase as room wasn’t ready. I was given number 2 room and was nice and clean,small frame to hang clothes if needed. Kettle,water and tea,coffee,sugar and hot chocolate and uht milk.Cakes ,cartons of juice,biscuits and cakes. Very quiet as I was at the back. All doors were coded. Bed comfortable,no breakfast included.

Excellent location at the bottom of Las Ramblas. All receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable. Main door and room door operated by codes. The room was spotlessly clean with great balcony which we used to people watch. Great shower, very comfortable beds. Only thing to grumble about was the lack of hanging space for coats etc. Other than that was very good.

Per arrivare bisogna fare le scale. Check in svolto in modo veloce. Eravamo in ritardo ma ci hanno aspettato. Gentili. Pulito. Aria condizionata funziona bene. Bagno ok. Un balcone/zona riservata esterna. Per una notte o due va bene. Il bagno è fornito di prodotti e phon. Anche di asciugamani

quizá el peor hotel en el que jamás haya estado, 179€ la noche: para llegar tienes que caminar una distancia considerable desde el parking de pago: 70 euros por tres días, seguro que el hotel se lleva mordida; la entrada del hotel es por una triste cafetería y además no ofrecen ayuda con el equipaje desde el parking; el desayuno es de pesadilla y si tomas más de un café te lo cobran; las habitaciones y el baño son pequeñas anticuadas y no muy limpias; la ubicación es buena y los empleados fueron amables y educados... NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL

Limpio, habitación pequeña, cumple con las necesidades, bien ubicado: al final de las Ramblas frente a la estación de metro Drassanes. Ropa de cama, toallas, todo impecable. Trato agradable del personal. Lo malo: está en un segundo piso sin ascensor.

Fiquei pouco tempo, mas o serviço foi excelente, dando apoio a itens em que me atrapalhei, como táxi de madrugada e busca de laboratório para teste Covid em cima da hora. Limpo, agradável, com safadinha na maioria dos quartos e localização muito boa, perto da Rambla e da estação Drassanes. Um inconveniente é não ter elevador.
