Nobu Hotel Barcelona

The Nobu Hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious, and the sofa is beautiful and stylish, showing great design. The bathroom has double sinks and a well-planned layout. The distant views are also very nice. There's a subway station within a 5-minute walk, making transportation very convenient. A large supermarket is right next door, less than 2 minutes away, so you can easily get bread, milk, and fruit for breakfast. The area feels safe, making it a great choice for travelers!

Heads up everyone, avoid this hotel! They refused to refund my deposit, and even after discussing it with them, they still unfairly deducted a large portion. It's no different from a rip-off joint.

The hotel boasts a stunning view! The breakfasts were amazing, but we had to pay extra to use the spa. The rooftop pool turned out to be very small, and the room cleaning wasn't up to par; my room didn't even have a brush, which isn't ideal for a hotel. However, the hotel view is absolutely gorgeous!!

The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities are all excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. However, what was extremely disappointing was the hotel's handling of late checkout. Although we were only about an hour and a half past the normal checkout time and were prepared to pay a fee, we were charged 95 Euros for an extension until only 2 PM. This price seems highly unreasonable, both in terms of the standard charge and the actual service received. What's even more regrettable is the hotel's lack of flexibility, especially given its high room rates and brand positioning. A 95 Euro charge for such a short extension felt more like an attempt to generate additional revenue. While the hotel's physical amenities are commendable, this experience severely impacted our overall stay and made us reconsider whether we would choose this hotel again in the future.

The room facilities are very old, definitely not newly renovated. We had to change rooms twice, and both still had leaks. The hotel didn't offer any compensation and even tried to charge me for an upgraded room.

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They wouldn't even let us check in early despite the heavy rain outside. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at; there's absolutely no service to speak of. A totally awful experience, definitely avoid this place.

The room photos are misleading and don't match the room I booked. Upon arrival, I was given a low-floor room on the 5th floor with a poor view, facing a very damp construction site. When I tried to change rooms, I was told there were no other rooms available unless I paid extra to upgrade. On top of that, the bathroom had a very strong, unpleasant odor! The location was decent, and breakfast was acceptable.
