First, the staff are friendly, lovely and helpful as much as they can .. The room a bit depreciated but the location is very good in the morning ! At night a bit dodgy due to parks near by - but all peaceful ..

Absolutely loved our stay and will continue to return. The staff were amazing and the reception from Andrei both times we have stayed has been exceptional. We want him to be promoted as we assumed he must be the hotel manager, he explained he wasn’t and we were shocked as his exemplary service was outstanding. We felt really welcome as tourists and given great recommendations and advice. We were even upgraded the first stay and we loved the use of the spa and terrace.

We had no problems at the hotel, everything was in place. The location was also nice.

Our shower leaked but the staff gave us new towels and bath mats each day. There was a complementary drink upon arrival. You could hear the footsteps of the room above you. Staff were extremely helpful.

Very good and clean hotel, the room is big and staff is nice, good to stay here.

Cleanness is not really well. Smells moldy the hallway. Service is good.
