Kimpton Vividora Hotel

Everyone was wonderful! We had a problem with the initial room being noisy next to the elevator and our room was changed to a wonderful quiet suite, that we really loved! Thank you for that! Breakfasts were delicious, and front desk people were very helpful and friendly!

The biggest stand out at this hotel is the staff. They always had a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We did ask for a room change, and they actually gave us a tour of 2 different room upgrades and let us pick. Additionally, my mother needed an ice pack for a foot injury. The staff supplied this whenever we asked with a smile. The concierge was also great and helped us arrange a day trip to Monserrat. The social hour was also fun and we made some friends staying at the hotel and would meet up every evening for a glass of wine and to chat. I would recommend getting a premium room with a balcony if you value space. I would also recommend the breakfast option. I'll definitely be back and would stay here again.

All the staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is quaint and beautifully situated in central Barcelona. I didn't see any dedicated Concierge but the reception desk were more than happy to assist with reservations and recommendations. I recommend doing the social hour at the bar, you get to sample some local Cava and chat with other guests. Will definitely stay here again and would try the other Kimpton locations.

The hotel is well kept and clean. The restaurant and rooftop bar are excellent. Room was a bit small and strangely designed.

His ability to communicate with me in a language I'm comfortable with greatly enhanced my stay. Renat provided invaluable recommendations on the city's best clubs and restaurants, as well as crucial advice on which areas to avoid for my safety. These tips were extremely helpful, helping me steer clear of trouble and making my stay in Barcelona even more comfortable and secure. Additionally, there was an incident where a district-wide fire alarm woke us up in the middle of the night. The hotel management responded outstandingly, swiftly ensuring our safety and comfort. They even compensated for the inconvenience with two bottles of excellent local wine, a gesture that I greatly appreciated. This efficient handling of an unexpected situation and the thoughtful response further elevated my opinion of the hotel. Overall, thanks to the high level of service and the personal approach of the staff, especially Renat, my stay at the hotel was unforgettable. This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful area. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They knew it was our anniversary trip so they gifted us a bottle of wine and some sweet treats. It is immaculately clean. The rooms are in the small side but so beautiful.
