The apartment located in a central area, we could easily reach all the main touristic places. It is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. We lived on the 3rd floor, with view to the Sagrada Familia. There are shops, bistros and market near to the house. The stuff is very helpful. Highly recommended!

I stayed in the regular "Stylish" 2-bedroom apartment with my wife and toddler for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location was central but just outside of the busiest tourist area, which was ideal. Staff were friendly. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The main windows looked out to the inside of the superblock and had great views of an electrical storm that passed through on one of the nights. I'd rate Fuster 4.5 stars overall, but at this price point I would round down to 4 rather than up to 5 for a few reasons: (1) Property had a lift, but you had to walk up half a flight of stairs regardless. (2) Living room sofa back cushions were incredibly worn, making it difficult to sit comfortably. (3) Neither of the shower doors had rubber gaskets around them, causing water to go everywhere in both bathrooms. Even with these deficiencies, I would consider staying here again.

The location is very central. One can walk to most attractions. But the two bedroom apartment has only one decent bedroom with ensure bathroom as the second bedroom is tiny and bathroom is not attached. Kitchen is basic though a dishwasher and washing machine is provided. Staff is courteous.

Really high quality. High ceilings, very airy, original tiles and decor mixed with clean modern aspects. High quality furniture and fittings. Good location halfway between Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia, near Verdaguer metro. Shops, bars, restaurants and a great market nearby. Really helpful reception. Definitely recommend.

I’ve never written a review before but think this is necessary! We were allocated the ground floor apartment, check-in was easy and upon arrival we were very happy; fantastic location, beautiful interior, spacious and very clean. However …. On our first night there was very loud music (literally vibrating the floor); we thought maybe this was from another apartment however when we went to investigate we found it was coming from a nightclub underneath the apartment! We didn’t get any sleep until after 5am when it closed. We informed the manager the next day and requested a move to another apartment away from the ground floor …. His response was that there were no other apartments available…. However you can have a bottle of wine (refused because I’m Pregnant) more importantly he promised he had spoken to the nightclub and reassured us that we would have no noise issues on the second night. However …. Night 2 …. The loud music started again from midnight until 5am …. By this point we’re exhausted… our break was not turning out to be as restful as envisaged! The next day we spoke to the manager again …. disingenuous disbelief…. and an offer of 25% discount on our stay was offered, but still no change of room because apparently there was no availability….. our response was we would like a refund on our final night so we can book elsewhere where we will be guaranteed a restful night …. 10 minutes later an alternative apartment on the top floor is available, however the offer of a 25% discount was no longer offered due to additional cleaning costs! Honestly by this point we felt all the managed cared about was the financial aspect not the fact we had barely no sleep for 2 nights! For ease we accepted the apartment move for our final night but did not appreciate being lied to and offered very poor compensation for the fact we had two night of no sleep- not quite the trip we expected!

Good location and nicely designed apartments however there is a bar / disco located in the basement of the building which is open midnight to 5am playing loud music so you won't get much sleep on the lower floors. Raised this to the building manager at reception who was very ignorant about the whole situation and needs to work on his customer service. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Just back from 3 nights in Aspasios Fuster apartments in Barcelona. What a lovely apartment! It had all we wanted and needed. It is located in a quiet and safe residential area. Nowhere was too far that you could not reach either on foot or by a short taxi ride. The view from our balcony was of Sagrada Familia. The flat was clean and spotless. The building manager, Juan, was very helpful with whatever we needed.

The apartment has been recently refurbished. We were greeted by Juan who was wonderful, All the furnishings were comfortable and modern and well equipped. The apartment was very clean. The location was excellent as it was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and many attractions. A couple of nights there was some noise from neighbors that were standing in the hallway talking for a longtime.

In a great location, the apartment was spacious and well appointed. Our host was very helpful and great communication pre and during our stay. The second bedroom is pretty small but still worked for our two 22 year old boys. The street is relatively quiet and 20 min walking distance to a nbr of other districts or easy to hail a taxi just outside. The best coffee shop in Barcelona is just across the road. We loved our time in Barcelona and Fuster apt was perfect for our group of 4.

Booked through Airbnb. Easy to do and great communication before and during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well appointed. They also arranged a taxi pick up for the return trip to the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here.
