Planing a trip to Spain for half year but the trip affected by the war so I had to cancel the booking due to safety issue. I try to contact hotel by email with supporting documents to see any chance to have refund or partial refund but I did not get any reply from hotel. I understand that this booking is non-refundable but at least give me some responses. I have made different bookings of hotels and tours, I do the same action. All of them gave me a reply and show understanding. Very disappointed with the action from this hotel.

We booked this as our usual place was fully booked. When you pay 700 dollars a day, you expect some basic things like..toiletries, water, coffee pods, ..etc., but no.. instead we were charged for that. They kept complimentary water bottles the first day and thats it. This is not a 4 star property for sure. Restaurant food was also disappointing. We ordered steak and veggies. Had requested it to be well-done, but was served medium rare.. asparagus seems to have been taken out of freezer and just grilled on the outside before being served and was icey cold. Overall a big disappointment.

The room is not big but very new and clean! It is about 700 meters away from the subway. It is located in a wealthy area so it is very safe and peaceful. There is a big Carrefour 300 meters away, which is convenient for buying fruits and water. Although it is a bit far from the city, it is really good.

Clean and tidy, newly decorated, and high ceilings in the rooms. The service attitude is also very good. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries within a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient. To go to the city center for shopping and popular attractions, you have to take the subway or bus, which is a bit far.
