Staff were friendly. I like my room. It’s spacious enough for 2 people. Room was clean and modern.

Facilities: Very close to the Sagrada Familia, with convenient transportation. Cleanliness: Good, but the bed was made very poorly on the second day. Environment: Ok, nothing special. The small terrace doesn't really offer much of a view. Service: Very average... You had to fill out a bunch of paperwork before check-in, and the front desk was indifferent.

The worst hotel ever. You can see outside through the glass door. I wanted to come in and kept ringing the doorbell, but the front desk didn't open the door. Later, other guests saw me and opened the door for me. The front desk remained indifferent the entire time. The whole interrogation to get the room card lasted for an hour. First, they asked for my passport. They took pictures of many pages and instructed me to fill out the domestic information form on their phone. Then they said they couldn't find my room reservation. Then I showed them the email and confirmation letter from the hotel. They asked me to sign again. Then they said it didn't match the signature on my passport. I said they would refund me and not stay. They kept arguing for a while. They didn't refund my money. I had no choice but to call the police. They suddenly gave me the card and inexplicably introduced a 9.9 breakfast. I told them I would starve to death and would not eat it. An hour later, they gave me the room card. The cover paper said 156/154. I was exhausted and got in the elevator. I tried both cards for a long time and the result was 156. When I entered the room, it smelled terrible. The pillows were dirty. The equipment was old and made constant noise. There was almost no sound insulation. I could hear everything going on next to me. I couldn't sleep all night and had to flee quickly. What a hell of a place.

It's quite safe. You need to swipe your card to enter the gate at night.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and there are many delicious restaurants nearby.

The location is amazing! It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the Sagrada Familia. You can see the Sagrada Familia even when you go out to buy water at night! There are also many delicious foods nearby! If you go from the Stan train station, the H10 goes directly to other Gaudi buildings without changing trains. When the Sagrada Familia is built, I want to stay here again when I come to Barcelona again.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach the Sagrada Familia within 2 minutes of turning around. The hotel's sanitation and service are also very good. It has complete facilities and a kettle. The bathroom is also very large. A very recommended hotel.

前台服務很好，酒店設施很齊全，有拖鞋，洗漱用品，房間很大還有露台，電視，很安靜，環境很好。我們走的時候還寄存了行李，也是免費的，可以走之前來拿，非常方便，適合旅遊選擇。

酒店在一個巷子裏，但是很好找。離聖家堂大教堂非常近。房間配套設施也很全，洗漱用品都有。下次來，還會住這家。

酒店位置很好，離聖家堂很近，前台服務態度也很好，有什麼問題都能及時解答，設施略為老舊，不過衞生間很大，總體還行

酒店出門就是聖家堂，交通非常方便。前台小姐姐提前給辦了入住，房間安排在頂樓，房頂還有窗户。 特別注意酒店前台在一個小衚衕的口，附近有幾個同名字的酒店，可以按照google地圖走！
