A good hotel. Small rooms, convenient location, at least for us. And delicious pastries in the cafe across the street.

Clean and sanitary, good attitude, very safe, the experience is very good, I will come back to stay with my friends next time, very satisfied, the location is also very good, very quiet, the room is complete

The hotel is located in a secure and quiet area but not far from the Corte Ingles and therefore close to public transport. The city center is 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transport.

It's a rip-off. I spent 350 euros for two days, which is about the same as the hotel next to the beach. It's a four-star hotel, far from the city center and so expensive. I thought the facilities were good, but the facilities were very poor: The windows are single-layer sliding windows, which are not very soundproof at all, and face a large road. The wall soundproofing is ridiculously poor, and you can hear the conversations of the neighbors! The soundproofing above and below is also very bad. The sound of walking and pulling chairs above is always loud. The door of the hotel is a single-layer wooden door, and the gap is large. You can hear it when walking in the corridor. There is no soundproofing at all, and you can always hear the sound of the door closing on the same floor. The shower is in the bathtub, not separate. Although the service staff is very good, the facilities and decoration are generally substandard!

I arrived in Barcelona by night train and arrived at the hotel in the morning to temporarily store my luggage. The hotel was very considerate and allowed me to check in early and rest in my room. Thank you so much!

呢間酒店真係令我有驚喜，環境靚、設計高級之餘，員工態度更加值得一讚。第一日到埗時，我同前台職員講自己第一次嚟巴塞隆拿，問可唔可以安排高層房。佢聽完之後好有禮貌、好友善，最後真係幫我升到一間更高嘅房，感覺被尊重、被照顧。 不過入住之後發現房間上唔到網、睇唔到 YouTube，之後搵到另一位女職員幫手。佢好細心、好耐性，一直幫我試、幫我查，雖然最後都未能完全解決，但佢主動提出第二朝可以幫我換房，態度真係非常之好，令我覺得問題雖然存在，但服務補返晒分。

酒店對面就是麪包店和餐廳，用餐也算方便，打車也比較好打，整體還算不錯。

We really enjoyed the location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood away from a lot of tourist activity but close to subway so easy access to all the sites. Great local restaurants and shopping too. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Good hotel with good food. Staff are friendly and very well located in Barcelona. The air conditioning could be better since the room was still hot during the day. Also, the breakfast only started at 7 AM and they were not flexible.

Hotel was in a great location for our trip Rooms were lovely and beds were very comfortable. Very helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel. This is our second stay here. And we will be back. Very close to Restaurants and Shopping. And Metro

Quiet hotel in a quiet area. Staff at the hotel courteous. Breakfast had plenty of options, the only downside is the English Breakfast Tea which in my opinion is lacking and unfortunately it is one of the things that I always look forward to. Hotel please invest. Otherwise I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The good: Very friendly and helpful staff. Really made us feel welcome! Breakfast was very nice indeed. Breakfast area is quite picturesque. Location is close to a metro stop and a shopping area, but on a quiet street. Rooms very clean. Staff does not speak much English (we think this is a plus!) but very patient and helpful. The not so good: The elevator was not working properly several times during our four day visit.

Good-sized rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast for all tastes, helpful staff, reasonable prices, in a quiet area a few minutes on foot from María Cristina (metro/tram/shops). Nice restaurants nearby. Very pleased to have found this hotel!

Good hotel with basic amenities and services. Good location to move around the city. The bed was comfortable and the room fulfills the needs of a business traveller. The housekeeping team always kept me room tidy and in order. The best interactions I had with the reception team who work hard and are always ready to assist you with a genuine smile.
